How do I receive a refund? 2 bags were not sealed and spilled into the box and only 4 bags were in the box instead of 5 like I ordered.

You inform amazon that the package was damage in shipping and they WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND! I've never had an issue receiving refunds when I've had a bad shipment, or the wrong item was shipped. Just explain and request a refund, its just this simple.
