I have a 2005 ford five hundred..i bought bosch 15716, 15717 & 15718.. what is upstream & downstream?

they all interchangeable the difference its the wire length. you can use 15716 and 15717 for upstream and 15717 and 15718 for downstream .

will this fit 2004 Acura RSX upstream?

If it's a manual, and upstream (before the catalytic converter) you want a Bosch 13860 and if it's an automatic it's 13683
