Instead of being ripped off from this seller, you can go to Home Depot and buy all the parts you need for $50-100, depending on how simple or complicated you make it. Total with a drum should not be more than $150. This is a rip off.

What type of metal & thickness (is it SS?) is the cooking crate, regards!

It varies. currently 11 gauge mostly.it is carbon steel not stainless
