I bought this book to study for the TOEIC speaking & writing test. There are 2 chapters for each type of question like speaking test has 6 types of questions so there are 12 chapters for speaking section. First I thought it would explain something too easy and something I already knew. But, as you go to more difficult/complex questions, it has a lot of good points and tactics. You can learn how to answer each question! Audio CDs are good for listening to the speaking questions in advance for the test but the sample answers were not really useful for me; they seemed so simple and were given a high score answer. All in all, I recommend this book for people who will take the test, especially people who will take it for the first time.

The fact that the digital CD labelling for CD 1 is actually the labels for CD 2 is a horrible oversight. Furthermore, to have to go through the whole book and write down the track numbers next to each headphone symbol is less than impressive. The fact that the CD isn't even digitally labelled correctly makes locating the right track an absolute nightmare.

本書はビニールがかけられてきちんとした一冊の書とCDが中に付属して入って到着しますが、 iTuneでCDの取り込みを使用とすると、CD1がCD2として登録してありました。 ちょっと使いづらいです。 何とかならないものでしょうか？ タクティックスは、実力がよく伸びるように作られたよい教材ですが、、 またendorsed by ETCと書かれていて信頼のおける書ですが、 どうもうまく使えていません。 わたしだけなのかな。 やりにくいです。 悪くはないと思うのですが、なぜでしょう？うまく演練できないです。点数が伸びにくいです。 使い込まないと分からないでしょうけど、初めからうまくやりにくいですねえ。

This book is quite helpful and delivers all that is sets out to do. However, I would have preferred if there existed a newer edition, this book is I believe almost six years old, and that makes me wonder about it being completely relevant to the TOEIC test of today. Furthermore, I would have liked to have more actual tests provided for practice in this book.

I like every page of the book. I am using it for a course called Teaching Standardized Test Preparation.

Tactics est a mon avis l'ouvrage de preparation au TOEIC le mieux concu de ce qui se publie dans le domaine. Pourtant, les autres ouvrages proposes a la vente sont de bonne tenue, mais tactics permet d'aller a fond dans les details de ce qui est demande, Il propose une montee en charge progressive et tres efficace. Tres pedagogique et tres serieux!

El libro ha cubierto mis expectativas. Es justo lo que necesitaba. Es un libro muy específico para la preparación de un examen llamado TOEIC.
