Lovely knives. Economical. Staying sharp.

When I mentioned to my husband that I needed some new kitchen knives, he said one word: Henckel. I purchased this set and after using the Henckel brand one time, I realized how dull (and rusted) my old knives were. This set is very functional and each one is comfortable in my hand. This set was a great price point and will handle everything I need in the kitchen. Words of caution: knives are EXTREMELY sharp!

I really like these knives. Sharp from the box. I used the chefs knife on Thanksgiving and it worked great. My old one broke at the handle so I ordered this set just for the chefs knife basically. I think this one is batter made.

Good for the money overall, but the blade on the french knife is pretty thin. I have other knives of various make and price and none of them are this thin. The pairing and serrated knives are very nice and for the price, they represent a good value. If you are looking for a more high end or pro grade knife, keep looking. If you are looking for a decent knife at a budget price, this is a good option.

I believe this Henckels knife set offers an optimal combination of quality and practicality. The knives are well-balanced, comfortably designed, and come very sharp out of the box. I’ve been using them for just about a month, and so far, they’ve fully met my expectations. They handle everyday kitchen tasks — like slicing vegetables, cutting meat, and chopping herbs — with ease. Bought these for my brother as a gift . These were sharp and very nice looking but what kinda through me off was the fact this German Cutlery made in India ????? He liked them I was kinda disappointed about them being made in India !

I didn't realize how bad my old set was until I got this set. I cut my finger on the first use. Be careful. These knives are beautiful and very, very sharp (as a kitchen knife should be). I love them.

These were a replacement for my 20-year-old knives. They work very well, and are as sharp and functional as it says in the description. The 3 sizes are great for someone who doesn't do a lot of fancy cooking, but needs decent knives when they do. I also bought 3 knife sheaths that fit perfectly, and will protect the knives (and my fingers) when they're in the drawer.
