Love Bio-Citrin!
Love this product - great for helping with carb cravings, especially in the evenings. I have tried other products that contained garcinia cambogia and all they ever did was upset my stomach, but Bio-Citrin has been different. Keep in mind that garcinia is "dose dependent" so not everyone gets the same effect at the dosage recommended on the bottle. I take 2-3 capsules in the AM on an empty stomach and repeat the same dose in the PM about 30 mins to an hr before eating dinner and don't do a dose at lunchtime. You're looking for appetite suppression with that AM dose. If 1 capsule works, then that is AWESOME!!! For me, it takes 2-3, though. Everyone is different. I just wouldn't recommend taking more than 3 at a time or a total of 6 capsules in a day! :o) It truly is a great product!!

Amazing!
I definitely don't agree with the previous review. Then again it may have had a different effect on me. I feel better when I take it, and I don't find myself craving certain things to the point where it drives me insane. The first week or so on it, your weight will drop quick, so make sure you drink plenty of water and get lots of sleep :)

Not a good product. Beware of this product. Just lose weight the old fashion way and you will feel a lot better.

Diet Supplement for cravings/fat burner
Can't say I notice much difference - purchased with Rodex Forte; between the two, have more energy and does cut the food pangs but doesn't curb the sweet cravings I get!
