Shipping was quick and well packaged. The instructions included were very precise and went through each step. It took me about an hour to do the complete install, and I took my time. The hardest part was probably fishing the new harness through the tailgate, I used a long piece of tie wire and taped the harness on, then pulled it through.Install was simple, unplug the factory camera and unhook it from the clamps under the bed. Once I pulled the factory camera out I just zip tied the new harness to the clamps as I couldn’t get them to close. It’s a tight squeeze, lower the spare tire and it will make life easier. I wanted to use the dynamic parking guide so I snipped the white wire in the harness and taped both ends up as directed.The harness is plenty long so you’ll need some zip ties to secure the slack, there’s plenty of gussets in the tail gate to secure it to, and keep it away from moving parts. Put the tail gate cover back on and you’re in business.I turned the truck on and hit the reverse and was pleasantly surprised at the quality, the pictures in the description don’t do it justice, it looks crystal clear. At least 2x better than factory!I have not had the opportunity to test it at night, nor its longevity, I just finished the install. I’ll update this review if there are any issues though.Also, buy direct from the camera source website. I thought it would be cheaper here because the website wanted $18 for ground shipping, and Amazon shipping is free, but I would have saved $9 going through the site.Overall I’m very happy, the factory camera is absolutely trash and this is a definite improvement. I highly recommend the upgrade, cheers y’all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Make sure to note whether your tailgate has Remote Locking or Not ... then order accordingly. *by D***D on May 24, 2022* Easy to follow instructions come with the unit. Crank down the spare tire to ease instillation. The hardest part was unplugging the existing unit since dust/dirt penetrates between the plastic parts and makes separating the male and female plug-in parts difficult.
