Works very well, slimmer belt is a better fit I have wider ones. They don’t go around problem areas. They go over the area leaving a space no support. Durability is excellent, value for your money is awesome, comfort is good and Stability very good. This lower back support is perfect to lesson my pain. I added toe warmers and the heat really promoted healing. I only had to wear a few times before I recovered enough to only need to wear when I am doing weight lifting. I am 69; and generally in great health for my age...

Very poor instructions included. devise well made

This item may look like it can't do the job because it is smaller and more compact than most of the other products but I can tell you right now that it really works!! I have tried some of the other types that are larger and, quite frankly, it feels like I'm suiting myself up with body armor more than anything else and it leaves me feeling greatly constricted in my movements. This item lets me wear it anywhere and even to bed while I sleep making it much easier to get up in the morning than without one. Getting up from a sitting position is not an issue like it has been when I have these episodes. I don't get these severe lower back pains often but when I do, they can leave me greatly restricted in any type of movement for days. I certainly have no reservations about recommending this belt and it is easily adjusted and very durable!

This belt is specifically advertised to relieve sciatic pain. This is why I purchased it. It is very comfortable and easy to apply and wear. That said, it did nothing to alleviate the pain for which it was purchased.

Wish I had purchased sooner. Instant relief from excruciating pain.

fit is good

Well constructed 2 phase application: main black belt, then two tone outer belt. Both work to provide custom lower back support. Very comfortable, durable, and effective in relieving back discomfort. Velcro closures are very strong. Probably best for straight male body type as my female hips pushed it up too high and above lower back. Great on my husband.

Super , soulage et maintient très bien

Excellent product. I've had ilio-sacral misalignment problems for years. No exercises helped. I just had to wait for a chance movement to click the joint back in place. I bought this belt and wear it for a couple of hours low on the hips and my ilio-sacral joint is miraculously back in alignment. I do up the belt with the velcro fastening then the tighten it further with the two velcro straps on the sides.

Excellent product but didn’t fit. My error.
