This stuff works wonders on arthritic knees, they move like butter now. I recently tried a less pricey brand that theoretically should have had twice the boswellic acid per dose and was a quarter of the price....and it flat out did not work. That was an experiment that I won't repeat, now I'm positive Himalaya Drug Co.'s Boswellia is the best. Boswellia is one of those things that either works for you or it doesn't, if it hasn’t in the past it's definitely worth a try of this brand as my own experiment shows the supplement absolutely varies by manufacturer.

I originally bought this for my husband's joints. I know all the benefits for Frankincense and started taking it myself and started losing weight! I eat very healthy but have never lost weight like I am now. It's all of my inflammation. Such a healthy product. I highly recommend this brand!

I decided to try this brand of Boswellia because the one I have previously relied on is no longer available. I recognized the brand from some other supplements I have taken over the years, and I trust the brand. It's a fine product, I've noticed continued relief of knee pain while taking this, so all is well. The weird thing I noticed is that each bottle has "15 DAY SUPPLY" written on the bottle. Who in the world buys supplements for 15 days? I suppose that's why this comes in a two-pack, but why wouldn't they just put the correct amount of capsules in one bottle for a one-month supply? Anyway, I don't know why this is bugging me so much, but it feels like it's on the cusp of deceptive marketing. Not because it really is deceptive, but I can't figure out any rational reason why they would do this. It also seems very wasteful.

Two days after taking these Boswellia capsules I was able to take bend my injured knee and take a few steps on it without pain. This is after four months of not being able to walk. The swelling went down also. Now after two weeks I am able to begin physical therapy to restore atrophied muscles. The swelling is completely gone and I am able to bear full weight while walking around the kitchen. I was amazed at how fast the Boswellia worked! You can imagine my gratitude! I have been buying Himalaya brand products for years because they are Ayurvedic and organic and natural so I preferred them to give me the pure resin form.

I use quite often to deal with joint pain or stiffness. Arthritis is a genetic issue in my family, and at 67 years old, boswellia seems to be helping me to keep it at bay. Most of my flareups are caused by eating gluten or corn but with NAG and boswellia , I am still able to enjoy desserts etc , once I dont over indulge - then i get pains in my head , blood sugar and blood pressure also go up but so far can all be managed without prescription drugs , unlike all my other siblings. Along with Boswellia, I take sweet ease from Banyan, Gotu Kola and guggul from time to time.

I so wanted to believe this would help. I trust the Himalaya drug products, so this is not a reflection on the quality of their stuff. Simply, the boswellia did nothing for my joint pain after taking it for two months. It did not hurt me or give me any nasty side effects. Simply, my joints and back are as stiff and sore as before taking it. I don't know yet if it did anything for my blood sugar levels - will update when I know more. It may simply depend on the cause of the pain. In my case, this was all $$$ down the drain.
