I wasn’t sure that this would work on smaller tubes of diaper cream, but I was pleasantly surprised! This works on both large 6oz tubes as well as fitting 3oz thinner tubes. I didn’t realize that it came with two adapters to fit different sizes, to be clear, two white adapters and one actual tush swiper that attaches to the adapters. The 6oz tube of Honest Every Day Diaper Rash Cream fit the rush swiper perfectly without the need of the adapter. With an adapter it fits a 3oz tube of roe diaper rash cream. These are the only two I’ve tried but think it will work with many different brand creams. The Tush swiper works well, and so much more convenient than having an extra diaper spatula to keep track of! This is definitely a product that excites me and I look forward to using and gifting them in the future!

Listen, no one likes using their finger for diaper cream and no one can keep track of those little spatula things and if you can there is always a stray hair or some dirt on it requiring it to be cleaned off before and after use. This is the solution! Makes putting cream on quick and easy, we keep one on every tube in every room. Makes it super easy to throw in a bag and not worry about cream everywhere or dirt on the applicator. Just get one, trust me! After 4 kids you know what is worth it and what isn’t- this is worth it.

Works perfect! I love that I dont have to get my hands dirty. I have nails and the cream will get under them. This stops that from happening

Makes application really easy. Would definitely recommend. Pros: easy and somewhat mess free, great if you have a squirmy baby who doesn't stay still for changes. Cons: a little hard to apply cap, of close to empty the cap pops off too easy. Four stars just because of the cap issue on the 3.5 oz aquaphor diaper cream.

Great product and design, so much better and faster than the spatula that never stays suctioned. Unfortunately, it does not fit my newly purchased Desitin tubes. It fit great on my old one, until I ran out, bought another one and it no longer is compatible with either attachment that came in. I guess Desitin changed the cap screw size. I quite literally got to use it for only 3 days. 🙃 NGL I wanted to cry when it didn’t fit because I liked it that much. Diaper cream is ridiculously messy and stains which is why you’re probably here looking at this product.

This product’s design is genius. It’s cleaner than using your fingers and not an extra step like using one of those spatulas. I use this every day and i will always bring it as a baby shower gift!

Love it! So easy to swipe on with just the amount you want and then just cap afterwards. ZERO MESS! No fingers or spatulas to clean. We use it with desitin tubes so the original top screws off and the adapter it comes with, screws on. Really great product and bought a second one.
