It arrived fully charged and was so simple to install. I did need the help of a YouTube video with re-installing the on/off button correctly, but other than that it was pretty darn simple I've had the mirror for several years and like it a lot and did not want to have to pay hundreds for a new one, assuming I could even find another one now.
