Comfy Snug
After reading many reviews, I have to say I am pleasantly impressed. They do not have the built in bands advertised by fanka and others, but they are nice and snug. I am 5-7 180 meno and leggy (think Welsh ox plowing legs of an old weight lifter) and I bought the Medium to be snug to alleviate hip/knee and tendon pain from GT and arthritis. I loved how they fit. Good on meno tummy too. I wore them 2 days in a row and felt great...finally my legs could keep up with my energy. I hand washed and they were fine. I will probably purchase more.

I LOVE these. Effective compression, but not too constricting.
I absolutely love these. I have had trouble with my legs and feet swelling since my 20s, at every weight (from 123 in my early 20s to 220 lbs mid-pandemic). Now at 61 my legs and feet suddenly got painfully worse and I really need to wear compression garments most of the time. I tried one pair of these leggings, and fell in love. As soon as my latest order arrives I'll have 6 of them! Most important, they are comfortable — so much so that at first I wasn't sure they would do much good. Before these I had a few pairs of really sturdy, thick, super-constricting leggings. They felt great for a while, but were a serious challenge to get on (and I have good mobility and strength!), and were just too much after 6-8 hours. Ultimately I rarely wore them, because they were such a pain. And if you don't wear them, they don't help! These, on the other hand, don't feel that much tighter than my ordinary leggings. But they are more springy, if that makes sense. They stretch enough that they are easy to put on, and are comfortable all day, but they have enough "squeeze" to seriously help with edema. My legs and feet were happier from day one. I wear them every day, all day (but not for sleeping). I wear them just with a t-shirt for working out. I haven't really checked, but I'm not noticing any obvious see-through issues. They definitely are athletic-looking leggings you can wear alone, not thin like nylons/tights. When it's cold I wear them under sweats. At the dojo I wear them under my gi pants. I've worn them under jeans for an all-day train trip to L.A. and back, walking around museums, seeing sites, ... I was happy to ditch the jeans for the ride home, but the leggings were comfortable the whole day and evening. I've worn the black ones (but not with the socks) under skirts, for going out. Is that stylish? Don't know, don't care. I think they look fine, and I'm a whole lot more concerned with health and pain-avoidance than I am with looking cute. Some additional details that might be helpful: Note that these leggings go the the ankles, NOT to your feet/toes. Because edema in my feet is a problem I am also wearing knee-high compression socks under the leggings. That's also what's causing the lines just below my knees in the photos - those lines aren't from the leggings. I have the high-waisted (not super-high-waisted) ones, with pockets, in both black and black camo. Totally happy with both. Also, yay pockets! I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max (the big one), in a case, and it easily fits in the pockets with 1/2" to spare at the top. I keep it there when working out. It's very secure, and doesn't interfere with movement at all. Trust the size chart! Don't rely on your usual size. I typically wear XL, but the chart said 4X, and it was right. At the time I ordered these last month I was 204 lb, with 48" hips and 40" waist. I'm down to 195 lbs, 47" hips, 37.5" waist and these still are perfect. I'm 5' 7" tall, relatively long-legged. These go all the way from my natural waist (about an inch above my bellybutton) to right where my ankles meet my feet. I just measured, while wearing them, and that's 40". These are loose around my ankles. Like, baggy. You can see a little "draping" in the photos where they aren't tight. That's great because it means they aren't constricting around the bottom seam, which would actually hinder return circulation. For reference, my calves are 17" at their widest, and my ankles are 11". I machine wash them on cool, and hang them to dry. Machine drying might be fine, but I'm hoping to help them keep their stretch as long as possible.

An Honest Review
Overall the product is good - soft material, not see through, good length and fit/cut, breathable. Shortcomings - for compression, the tummy control is very minimal even for a small bit of tummy. The fabric though soft is rather thin and if a gal has even a small bit of dimples or cellulite on the backside, thr fabric will not smooth it out and will be visible, not flattering. My perspective is from a 30 yr fitness professional that has worn just about everything on the market at all price ranges. This product is better as leggings to layer than for fitness, multiple washes and seat wear from spinning, etc.

Fresh Start Must Have!
I now own six pairs of these. Two in three different sizes. After reading the reviews and suggestions, I decided to purchase two pairs a size up, 5x, in carbon gray. They were comfortable and definitely helped my legs. I found myself moving more and not feeling so heavy. I also noticed there was more material collected around my ankles and they were a tad less tight on my waist and thighs. So I purchased two more this time in black, 4x, with pockets. Same experience. Even though these were smaller and tighter, you can’t see through them. Now, I am the proud mama of two black pocketed 3x. Depending on the day and activity or outfit I can wear any of these. If it’s colder I go with the 5x and if I’m on my feet all day or my “monthly time” I choose the 3. The compression makes a HUGE difference. For my retail job, where I do a lot squatting and bending the 4 is my guy. Each pair stays up, nothing rolls over or sags which has been wonderful. I have lost 20lbs since my first purchase. I wouldn’t have gotten this far without my CompressionZ. Looking forward to collecting all the colors!

Ordered Three More Today
Updated 2/13/26: The black ones ordered all had thin elastic at the high waist band that was just miserable to the point that I literally cut them out. Kind of took away the reason for having the high waist as they dont stay put now. but I can wear them. The three more I ordered all had the same issue. It was having the 5 total that I decided to cut the elastic out. However, I decided to order another style/color and the grey ones, the camo ones are completely awesome and fit correctly. I must note they were not marked down in price like the black ones. I went back to order another pair recently to work out the ones I have cut and fell for the price reduction again - ordering a pair in grey (thought I was safe on this one) but the style with pockets. No biggie pockets or not and to save some money would be great. They are not great. The manner in which they added the pockets made them add satin stitching from the inner thigh just above the knee over the leg and up the side of the hip where the pockets sit. They stink for comfort as the stitching has no give and cuts into my legs. So even though I would certainly order more as I love the good ones I have, that makes 6 yukkers out of 8 purchased. Not terribly impressed at this point. Original Post: I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, POTS for short. I stopped wearing support hose 40 years ago and could not wear surgical compression hose because both cut me off on my stomach area, which is part of the problem with this syndrome. I stuck to compression socks, which work, but for the needed forced circulation a complete coverage was needed. My daughter has the same issue and her doctor mentioned compression pants/leggings which I did not know existed. After much back and forth looking over my options, I went with my first choice here. In pant size - normally choose a 4X(26-28) because of the waist issue. So I did it here as well and could not be happier. I am 70 years old, and might not wear these out around town, but if I were younger I would they have great coverage. The material reminds me of shorts that cyclists wear to ride their bikes. Thick but not overwhelming at all. Very smooth and no sagging or bagging after all day wear. Tight but easy to get into, I am amazed and pleasantly surprised that the waist fits quite well and is not binding at all. I have had them on all day and have very happy legs indeed. What's best is that I do not have the binding of the sock cutting into my under knee anymore. I have done my housework, laundry and sat at my sewing machine for three hours without issue or swelling. This is a first for me to post pics of myself but I want the everyday woman to see that she too can wear them if desired! Ordered three more pair today.

Finally found a small enough size , but I hate the "new" pockets and seams
I’m a bit underweight (5’6”, 104 #) and I’ve been searching for months for yoga pants that aren’t too loose. Most brands are still not snug enough even if they come in an xxs (which most brands dont). But these fit pretty tight in the xs, which I'm glad for. They came with a card that says "Lucky You! You received our NEW POCKET STYLE". It says to let them know if we dont' like them but then does not provide an email or contact number. (I did find it on their website) I really hate the pockets. They’re just sewn on, not incorporated into seams and they’re that shape that is curved on one side and straight on the other. The seams of the pockets come to a weird corner with threads sticking out. (and it puckers the fabric slightly) Also, the seams across the hips are a little tight and dig in to my hip bones in front. When I take them off, you can actually see impressions in my skin where all the seams were, including the pockets. So I'm glad they're not baggy and do actually have some compression, but I don't like the pockets or the seams. 3 stars. If more brands came in sizes small enough for me, this one would have gotten 2 stars but I gave them an extra star for actually coming in my size. I also wish they came in a lighter silvery gray without pockets.

Very happy with purchase
Perfect in all ways!!!! Perfect length. I am 5’6’’. Perfect fit. I am 210 lb. Easy to get on compared to compression stallings. Feel very comfortable standing, sitting and walking pricy but worth it!. Nice quality material. Seams are reinforced.

BEST LEGGINGS IVE EVER BOUGHT! You don’t have to keep pulling them up
BEST LEGGINGS I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. They have the compressions but also the stretch needed , they’re soft and comfortable, thick enough to not be see thru and pockets! I struggle with leggings , as a bigger girl, slipping down. Wore these all day today and didn’t have to adjust or pull them up at all. Comfortable all day!
