Artificial Food Flavoring Sherry Concentrate E-15(4 fl oz)

When a recipe calls for beef, like BBQd ribs, etc , and my personal favorite, short ribs, a very small amount of this concentrated flavoring in your basting sauce, or in the cooking liquid, will punch up that hearty beef flavor so you’ll think a pro chef was doing the cooking. I have a casserole recipe for ground beef, eggplant chunks and bulgar that has eggplant haters digging in for more. It’s this wonderful seasoning that takes the flavor from ordinary to truly outstanding, rich and substantial. Try it, but it’s powerful so go easy at first.

I was having trouble finding "Sherry Flavoring" for a main dish I was making when I spotted this product. It is not what I thought it was. It is thick and very, very red in color. It turned my main dish into a nightmare. It was red and bitter! Don't be fooled. Not sure who would use this in any dish but I won't ever order it again!
