Can we talk about how versatile this little tutu is?! You can actually wear this tutu two different ways because the rows of tulle are staggered in length. If you wear it with the longest tulle on top, it gives you a shape similar to a ballerina's tutu. Expect your butt to be exposed. If you turn it over and wear it with the shortest layer on top, it creates a fuller, fluffier silhouette (the shape of cupcake frosting keeps coming to mind). Wearing it this way covers the majority of your butt. You've got two different looks by simply turning it over. I was pleasantly surprised and wasn't expecting this versatility.As for fit, I'm a true plus size 1X and the tutu fit me comfortably without being tight or "over-stretched". My hip circumference is about 48" at the widest part to give you an idea. Any size above 1X could cause problems--not because it won't fit you, but because the thread securing the tulle to the elastic could pop & break. So be careful not to over stretch it.Excellent buy. I know where to go for my next tutu.

This tutu is most likely for someone who is a dancer but I am sort of a fashionista,this item could be worn strictly in the bedroom and would easily excite your partner or worn out if you know how to accesorize it and what type of tights/leggings and shoes to wear with it. I am 5'3 and the picture is accurate as far as thr length. if you are looking for a tutu to wear as just a skirt THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!!!! Your cheeks will be out and saying hello w/o any type of tights.The packaging was neat and the garment didn't come with any wrinkles so It was pretty much ready to wear.I consider this to be either a very sexy piece of lingerie, an awesome accesory to an outfit for a night on the town, or a perfect tutu for a recitle,it all depends on your intentions. As far as shipping It did not take long to get here at all I give this item an OVERALL A.

I wore this tutu when I ran the competitive Race For The Cure 5k. It was super cute, and I got many compliments on it. Including a random guy running behind me chanting "go tutu, go tutu, go tutu" ha!I was a size 14 when I got it and it fit. It was snug, but I preferred that with the running and all. Now I'm a size 10 and it still fits me well. The elastic is very stretchy.I might mention this is made out of tulle and not organza. The edges are not hemmed but do NOT unravel, thus tulle. Organza would be fraying all over the place, I'm glad it's not organza. I work at a fabric store, I know. That did not make it any lower quality of course, it was very nice shiny tulle.

Great fit, but the 'neon yellow' definitely isn't yellow, its lime/neon green. I needed it to be yellow for a Halloween costume so i was disappointed with the color when I first opened it but it turns out you can spray paint it fairly easily (I used a matte finish yellow spray paint on it to get the color I wanted). It came stuffed into a plastic bag (like the ones that cheap halloween costumes come in at places like halloween usa) and it was super wrinkly but I used a steamer on it to smooth everything out and it was perfect. I recommend steaming it before wearing. It stayed nice and poofy like you would expect a tutu to look even after seaming and spray painting. Over all not a bad product but it did require a bit of maintenance.

I just received mines today extremely fast shipping i ordered it on Sunday only took 4 days to come I needed this for my nieces birthday party the theme is party like a rock star I was nervous to order it at first because of the mixed reviews but since it was only 10 bucks i said what the heck because i probably will never wear it again and it made no sense to me to spend 30 dollars or more which is how much i saw tutu running for on other sites. It fits nice but as other stated its very short so you will need something underneath either boy shorts or leggings it does not COVER your bottom...If you need a quick tutu for a costume and want something affordable and cute this is the item for you would i recommend it YES!!!

I ordered 12 of these tutu's in red for our 12U softball team because we were going to Softball ASA Nationals in CA and they needed spirit wear. I was a bit worried on the fit because we have a few girls who are small (Still wear youth size) and these would be to big. I was very pleased to see they fit all the girls great and they loved them! However, when they put the tutu on with the label right side up the tutu laid flatter than if you turned it upside down and it was a lot fuller (didn't realize this until the next day when one of the girls accidentally put it on wrong. In the picture you can see how they lay a little flat). I would recommend these they were well made and looked great!

The reason I am giving only 3 stars is because the item does not look like the picture. The tutu is nice, but it is not what I ordered. Instead of having the fluffy tulle that sticks straight out like the picture shows, it hangs down like a skirt, giving a different look than I wanted.I'm keeping the item because the elastic on the waist is good quality; it's the same color as the tulle so you don't see it, and its hefty (about 2" wide) and actually stays on my hips which are pretty tiny (im a size 0-2 and usually waistbands, even in those small sizes, are too big for me) it might be too tight if you are a larger person, but it's elastic and im sure it stretches out. I plan to wear these on a fun run so I hope it stays in place while running. It's cute enough (i bought a red a white and a blue). They just don't look like the picture.
