Fast frames uses sticky stabilizer, magnetic frames are magnets you can use any stabilizer

With this hoop set are you able to easily monogram cosmetic bags, Dopp bags, etc.?

Yes! I love the convenience of these frames. The only downside is cleaning the adhesive residue off the back of the frames. I've found that alcohol and/or fingernail polish remover work best. This is one of the best purchases I've ever made.
