It does not dry quick and for me it didn't give me that appearance like other mascaras do that are also clear, in my opinion I think its the brush bristles. It doesn't have the same consistency as a normal mascara (for some reason I thought it would). After about 5min or so it does dry up but even when curling my lashes they go straight again even though lashes feel hard like they would with a normal mascara. I think this mascara is more of a "protective" serum for lashes rather than a "beauty let's go out" mascara if that makes sense. I would buy again just because I feel that it does nourish my lashes.
