Salonpas-Hot Capsicum Patch 3 Count (Pack of 6)

I love these pain patches. The only thing that compares, IMHO, is tiger balm salve, but that is sticky and messy. These patches actually provide a good amount of relief from discomfort. Whether I have over-extended myself working outside, injured myself picking up something too heavy, sore from a workout, or sneezed the wrong way, these patches have seen me thru it all for many, many years. They stick well and I haven't had any issues removing them yet. The holes on the patch, as someone previously complained about, are to allow for easier removal from your skin, and it does help tremendously with that - still, peel off slowly from corner to corner and don't be tempted to snatch off the last bit of edge. My skin is light and fair and sensitive. I have issues with contact dermatitis from certain chemicals and adhesives, however, these patches do not cause me any rash, skin-tears, or discomfort - thank goodness. I do wear them for longer than 8 hours sometimes. They do definitely work for longer than 8 hours. DO NOT use these simultaneously with a heating pad. They have no smell and they are a thin patch so wearing under clothing is discreet. They are kind of like a fabric bandaid material which makes it easy to apply by myself, even on my back. They are large enough to cover a significant area, and can easily be cut down to size for numerous uses per patch. My local drug store started carrying a gel patch instead of these and those gel patches are terrible, they are cold AF and they are so difficult to apply. I am glad to find these on Amazon for quick shipping.

These are very helpful. Stay warm for a very long time as a matter of fact at times it got too warm. Definitely helped my back ache. I will buy again.

Pricey, but totally worth it! It sticks really well to your skin, so just be mindful of how long you keep it on. I followed the recommended wear time, and it did an amazing job relieving my body aches and muscle soreness. I could definitely feel the difference after using it and would absolutely use it again.

I love this patch. Doesn’t help 100% but at least relieved the pain a bit and stays in place even when I’m sleeping.

This is the only patch I will use. I am older and my skin thinner, so I have to be careful taking it off, but it is highly effective. I do recommend these.

They work fine

I’ve used three so far for bad pain and inflammation, and they’re great. Very chemically hot, but they’re allowing me to work comfortable. I will buy more.
