Gentle on Silk and hands
I have a few Silk items and had struggled to find what works for it when I found this. I've used it for over a year, and I can say confidently that this works great on those items. It makes them nice and clean without being too harsh or damaging it also smells lovely.I have to hand-wash my silk items, so I have to handle it and it is surprisingly easy as it has instructions on the bottle telling you how much it needs. Also, it cap never have any spillage after the whole year it is still working great. If you're looking for something to clean your wool or silk items, this detergent is a great match, and if you have to hand wash it your hands won't mind.

it's really great, it works, silk came out looking great
I've been using silk pillowcases for years but tend to ruin them when washing them. I was looking for a new silk detergent because of that. Wow, who knew the silk could be washed and come out looking so good? I liked that there was a small bottle for this kind because I don't have any silk besides one silk pillowcase so it's going to be a long time before I use this up. My pillowcase (first wash on this one) came out looking remarkably better expected. Nearly new. The only reason you could tell it got washed is from some wrinkles. I dried the pillowcase by rolling it in a towel then hang drying. It came packaged so it wouldn't leak in the box. It's very gentle and didn't leave behind a scent but it smells good.

Gentle cleaning for silk
This is gentle and clean. I had used Woolite on my silk pajamas and nearly ruined them. I rinsed with vinegar and started over with this silk wash and my PJs are silky again. I use this exclusively for my silk, wool and cashmere hand washables. It cleans well, rinses well and the fabrics come out beautifully. Donโt use Woolite on silk!

Great Detergent, But Refill Quantity Seems Off
I really love Heritage Park detergentโthe scent is clean, it works beautifully on my silks and delicates, and a little goes a long way. I originally purchased the 32 oz bottle, and when I saw the 64 oz refill, I was excited to restock. Unfortunately, the refill bottle I received did not seem to contain the full amount. I compared it with my original 32 oz container, and there was only enough in the 64 oz refill to fill the bottle about one and a half times, not twice. The product itself is excellent, and I will definitely continue using it. However, based on this experience, I may stick to purchasing the full-sized bottles instead of the refills, just to ensure I'm getting the correct volume. Still a great detergentโjust disappointed in the refill quantity this time.

Recommended dosage not effective = very expensive
Great product I use it on my down filled comforters bedding towels and any fabric that is not plastic based or non synthetic. It has a very light lavender fragrance, and I use more than double whatโs recommended for large loads. If I donโt double the dosage, it doesnโt do a sufficient job. With a large enough dosage (double or triple the recommended), it leaves the fabrics scent-free, so I add other cleaners to the laundry for a more fragrant smell, like the pet enzyme laundry cleaner from Amazon (the red and white one) and some laundry booster powders from Costco (not the freshener beads, the powder in a box (not laundry detergent but like a booster powders)). I found this combination of products is best for getting urine smell from pets off, without bleeding colors!!!! Since the recommended dose is NOT enough, the cost adds up very quickly. Might consider making my own idk.

Came Without Seal
Opened the cap and there was no inner seal. Not sure if it was a return but all the liquid was there right to the top. It makes me wonder if it's actually the correct product though as it's the first time I bought it. I used it on some silk pillowcases I have and it seemed to be ok. Not sure if there usually is a seal or if I had a unique situation. Good size though and stores easily.

Works well mild on hands.
Used for silk and other hand washables. Mild on hands, after about six washings clothes appear undamaged.
User
It covers so many different fabrics & is so economical.
I needed it to assist in mould remediation. Very happy with your product!

Used only for SILK BED SHEETS
We only use it for our SILK BED SHEETS. It does a good cleaning job WITHOUT damage. Just too expensive to clean your clothes.

Overpriced & Silk felt rough
Thereโs only enough in here for 2 loads. This is over priced for a trial size. Also, my silks did not feel soft after washing them with this.
