Relieves trapped wind.
I have diverticular disease and they help with the pain on my left hand side. I find by taking one in the morning after food and after the evening meal works best for me.....helps with a lot of trapped wind I get!!

Please just read this..
If you buy these for cheaper results as I long term sufferer of ibs or anything else do not buy these, for one, they contain sorbitol, a sweetener known to cause upset in IBS sufferers, I'm celiac and practically everything upsets my stomach so I live off peppermint capsules and usually buy the ones from biovitics but they wouldn't deliver for a week so I bought these, without sounding too grotesque to say my a** was on fire where the peppermint capsules DO NOT break down correctly is an understatement, my bowel movements literally smell like a Christmas elf brothel at this point, I have been in agony FOR DAYS! No return policy......I wonder why.....and before anyone says about maybe an issue my end (pardon the pun) I'm extremely careful with my food because I have to be, I never would've bought these if I knew they had sorbitol in them which isn't made clear by the ingredients as other people have found out, if you want a free enema of peppermint oil then sure it's "value for money" and highly "effective" if you want an ultra clear out that stings like I shoved a cut lemon wedge sideways up my a** then go right ahead and order them.

I’ve been struggling with IBS for years and was getting to the point that my prescribed meds weren’t as effective as they used to be. My dr recommended peppermint oil tablets and loperamide tablets - honesty, game changer! Pros - IBS is far more controlable, barely any symptoms, far less flare ups. Cons - have to take them every day. I would recommend trying them if you have IBS, they’ve really changed my health.

Produkt verursacht bei mir Magenschmerzen und Durchfall. Liegt vermutlich am enthaltenem Sorbitol.
