This is my second of this product after my mum asked to keep my last one. I get very hot at night and this is perfect for my bedside table. It's a little bulky when folded, but it's really well made and sturdy. The size is really portable and I've taken my suitcase on holiday with me. I like that the button have a lock setting too- very useful when it's folded up. I personally find the light a bit pointless as it only has one setting which is a 'breathing' slow on and off repeating. Would be much better with the option to keep it on. Has three speed settings and the fastest is really powerful. The oscillating is great too. Charges quickly enough for me and one charge lasts a long while. Also holds its charge as my mum's went unused for a couple months in winter and still turned on fully charged the next time she used it.

Simply a great portable fan. Features oscillation, a small light if needed, a convenient child lock that can be turned on/off (primarily to prevent accidental activation in transit). Clicks to several positions and has a hook hole should you wish to hang it. Very quiet and performs well on the lowest mode, which will give a very lengthy period of use on a single charge with the large battery. Longevity - I’m one year in and the fan is still working very well. Only negatives - the small pin-prick LEDs can’t be disabled (may annoy some while sleeping). The button images also gradually wear away over time, but remain functional and there are only two, so quite easy to continue using regardless. Overall - I’d say this is a fantastic fan for the money and likely all you need!

Mixed feelings on this fan. On the one hand it is surprisingly powerful for how quite it is and how long its battery lasts. I never would have thought a rechargable fan could last for so long (like a whole day and night + depending on setting used!). Another positive is how gentle the low settings are, which makes it really useful to have on your desk or by your bedside table, as you get a breeze without being dried out or getting too chilly. The compactness is also really great. It takes up so little space in use, and the way it folds down makes it ideal for storing - I only need a fan for a few weeks of the year, so this is such an advantage over the traditional fans, and that it's cordless makes it much less cumbersome to move from room to room. But the negatives... they're so infuriating because the fan itself is so good. Most annoyingly it makes a really loud/annoying beep sound everytime you turn it on/off/change a setting. This is a real problem if you want to use it for sleeping, as there's no way to quitely turn the thing on/off in the middle of the night. Connected with this, is that it's really easy to accidentally change the settings/turn it on etc, because it's touch sensitive buttons rather than push buttons, so if your just moving it, it can turn on, making that annoying beep sound. There is a way to 'fix' it on one setting, but its fiddly and not reliable. A on/off switch would improve this no end. Finally, and it's not a big issue, but the light is fairly useless as it pulses so isn't suitable as a bedside lamp replacement. I just never use mine, but if they just made it so it didn't pulse this could have been a useful features.

Pleasantly surprised by how nice a unit this is in terms of build quality and function. USB charging and the ability to run standalone makes it totally portable, not sure how long the battery lasts in practice but we have run it for hours and the battery has not run out so far. The fan is very quiet on the low setting but as with all bladed fans the noise gets louder the higher the setting. As was noted the loud beeps when pressing the buttons for speed and oscillation are a little loud so it would be good if this was more subtle or could be optionally disabled. I would recommend this product from my experience so far, I hope it will last.

I bought this predominantly to keep my dogs cool and found myself using it too. It’s small and neat but works really well and the power lasts for ages. Very impressed. Follow up July 2025 - having been impressed with the quality of this I’m disappointed that within less than two years (and only used in high heat which isn’t very often) the fan has stopped working. The buttons on the front that changes the speed just stopped working. It was mid use and so I had the fan on level 3 until it ran out of power as I couldn’t switch it off. I plugged it in to recharge thinking it may still work that way and without the need for the buttons on the front but sadly that didn’t work and there is absolutely no way of getting this going again. This is a real shame as the longevity of the fan use was excellent. It kept going on level 3 and its last power surge for a number of hours.

I bought this for my monstrously warm work environment and now I wouldn't be without this fan in a heat wave ever! Extremely long battery life, super quiet, 4 speed settings, it oscillates and it has a night light. What's not to love? There are days when I have walked around the house with this cordless little beauty in hand, keeping cool while cooking, cleaning and blow drying my hair. I love that it folds up as well - no awkwardness trying to carry it in my bag! My only small critiques are from a design perspective... some may find the 2 operating buttons a bit fiddly and easy to touch accidentally, which I'm guessing is why there is a child lock. It would also be nice to have the option of turning down/off the beeps as they can be distracting to others in an office setting. Also, I'm not sure why the night light blinks rather than stay on continuously (please tell me, if anyone knows). Picky niggles aside, totally worthwhile purchase, especially if you snag it in the sale.

Very impressed with the Infray USB Desk Fan. It was a godsend during the recent hot weather. I've been working from home since the beginning of lockdown and was missing the office air conditioning, so having looked at a variety of different fans and mini air con units, I decided on the Infray fan. I didn't want anything too big, but not too small without any power. This fan is perfect, and it has 4 speed sittings, so you can adjust it accordingly. It also oscillates, and even has a light! It's easy to move about, and 'travels' with me to whichever room of the house I'm in, made possible because once it's charged it doesn't need to be connected to anything. So I usually put it on to charge while I'm working, then disconnect and take it wherever I need it. It's also quiet enough to have on at night. All-in-all I'm really pleased with my purchase, and can't fault it at all. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone!!!

Perfect little fan as I can move this fan around with no worries about trailing leads. Kept first fan on all night by the bed with no problem. Very effective and holds the charge. Only complaint is the beep every time I alter the settings which seem quite loud at night. I do not use the light function. So good I bought a second fan and they seem to have fixed the other complaint I had - on the first fan it was extremely difficult to put charger in but newer model has been modified. As it folds up it will be easy to store in its box during winter. Bought third fan for my husband to use in work - not impressed by another Price Increase! Monday: £23.79 Wednesday £27.99 Friday £32.99 Wouldn’t recommend now as too expensive for what it is. Will it come down in price now heat wave has ended 🤷‍♀️

The first time I purchased this item it stopped working less than a week after I bought it. I returned it and bought a second one. Now that one stopped working. Nice fan if it didn’t die in me.

Loved everything about it except the fact that it died in less than 2 months
