Product is not soft and doesn’t give any pain relief
This slipper is not soft and definitely doesn’t ease heel pain. My pain is still the same and has no comfort. It’s very hard and not extra soft as mentioned.

Decent, but not great!
The softness wasn't what I expected – more medium than really soft. After only a month, some threads are already coming out, which makes me question the quality for the price. They're okay for now, but I doubt they'll last long.
