Champion Men's Lacrosse Short

These shorts are fine for mild athletic activity. I'm a moderately active runner and recreational athlete who doesn't really see a need to spend a lot of money on athletic products from big brands. I've ordered a couple of pairs of these to wear while running or playing basketball and am happy with them for both activities. They're composed of an outer layer of mesh-like material (if you've seen any authentic NBA jersey, it's similar kind of material) with a solid thin polyester layer beneath. They were a bit longer than I expected them to be when I opened the package, but they sit right above the knee when I wear them. They're quite thin and very light weight, so I don't really notice them when exercising. They have pockets, too, which would hold something roughly the size of a tennis ball. They have an elastic waistband and a simple shoelace-style string tie on the inside.In all, they're fine shorts. They certainly aren't anything exciting, but they're cheap. If you're the type that wears athletic shorts out and about, I don't think these are quite stylish enough for that purpose, though your opinion on that sort of thing may vary.

This is the third pair of the Champion Men's Lacrosse Shorts I have purchased. For the price these are definitely worth it. I only rated this pair 4 stars while I rated the other pairs 5 stars because I feel like this particular pair felt slightly different. The size is the same, but maybe the seam was sewn a quarter inch or so different from the other 2 pair and they just feel a little different. If I had received only this pair I would not have known the difference, but I feel like the first 2 pair I bought felt perfect, and these while still feeling well within the limits of comfortable, simply felt a little bit different and not quite perfect.

Been searching for nice fitting/looking gym shorts for a while. Love these. They look much more fitted instead of short kilt/bushy-skirt style, like that last pear of gym shorts I purchased at Walmart. They also go slightly past my knee, which I like. The only reason I don't give them a 5-star is because my upper thighs rub together when I run in these because the crotch is a little long... maybe the're intended to be hiked up a lot higher...The pockets are big and the fabric is nice and cool. I use them for running and weight lifting.

These shorts are absolutely very comfortable and run at a good size. I enjoy running as well as other recreational sports and these shorts fit the bill just right. They are inexpensive and can be used for a variety of activities. I run early morning runs before the suns up and typical I wear shorts, a shirt and a hoodie and in 50-60 degree weathers these do just well. The occasional cool breath will hit you but if you're used to the cold, you're used to the cold.Other activities are these are great to run those quick errands in. Just toss them on and leave. If you're a really serious runner you may want to stay away from these though simply because of air drag and they are around that length where if you don't pay attention it can effect your form.Overall I may just purchase another pair.

These shorts are super comfortable. I wear them when I sleep with or without underwear and they hold up great. I realize that they are shorts, but I do wish they were a little longer. Being a 5'9" man, they just barely cover my kneecaps. Just another inch of length would be great. But they are the best shorts I have found so far. I ordered one to try, then I ordered two more, and now I am ordering a fourth pair. These are great shorts and if you are not picky about length I would recommend anyone to at least get a pair to try.

I've purchased three of these over the last year. I love the deep pockets (I put my MP3 player in it when working out (running)) and the side strip pipping (with a cut/slit at the bottom). I love them - I am 6 feet tall and have a 36" waist and weight about 195 lbs - and order the medium. They are loose and baggy on me all have a shine (glossy) polyester reflection to them. They are long and sit low-ish - they feel a lot like basketball shorts, but they don't really ever get called basketball shorts. Great affordable price, have a great old school/original athletic look and they last a longtime (being polyester). I have not complaints.

These are very nice mesh shorts. The pockets are convenient and good sized, and only occasionally rest inside-out on their own. The mesh material feels very solid and the stitching feels confident as well. If you are looking for very relaxing shorts, consider ordering the larges (based on your size, of course) as I ordered the mediums and they fit very well, especially for excersizing. For purposes of pure lounging, however, the waistband on these shorts can be quite tight. Something to consider. Overall highly recommended mesh shorts from someone who appreciates mesh shorts.

I originally bought this for my husband's Cubby the pirate costume from Jake and The Neverland Priates (our son was Jake and I was Izzy). My husband and I both wear these... they are big on me, of course. It's like wearing your husband's sweat pants and pajama pants, maybe because they are so comfortable. Men, if you are buying these for yourself, hide them :)

Material is different that I excpected.
