What color am I suppose to get for 2.5mm rail thickness?

Our apologies, but we've not seen a rack with a 2.5mm rail. If you have one, can you please share the make and model? Anyhoo, the purple 3.2mm version will work in that rail. It'll be a little loose but will tighten up fine once your gear is mounted.

I have a customized rack cabinet done locally here in manila. how do i know which one is best for me? the red or the purple? thanks

The thickness of the rail is what you need to look at. See the measurement range on the rack stud site and find a way to measure your equipment.

How would these work in enclosed server racks that have doors on them

I have used them with Middle Atlantic and other racks that have doors. You might have to make a depth adjustment but not much. My team and I love these.

How much max Weight red studs can hold?

The Series II Rackstuds (both colors) are rated to 44lbs for the set of 4. Each individual stud is tested way beyond this but it is a combination of the RU size, length of product and weight that contributes to leverage force that we have to be mindful off, hence the conservative value.
