This little machine is quite powerful and I trust it to do it’s job immensely. I first noticed this brand at my dentist’s office back in June & was curious to it’s performance and abilities. I trusted my dentist’s taste in reliability, efficacy in filtration & ability to purify air. I did some homework on this brand and decided to make the purchase. I use this mighty little purifier in my office in a school building & I love it. My allergies have improved, I can smell a difference (non-stagnant air) in the office that I share w/3 others & I am confident that this is aiding in circulation and purification of the air we are sharing. I only decided to buy and use one because of my forced return to the school building as well as the extra protection of having a quality air purifier in a shared space. The noise level of the machine on 2 is bearable, but 3 is a little too loud for normal office usage. I dont require the night mode as it’s only used during the day - but have used it a few times to test out the light functions. Overall, this air purifier is far superior to other brands & I trust this to clean and filter air through the high quality filtration system within the machine.

Works very quickly on the air quality in our bedroom. I'm honestly surprised at the effectiveness of such a small air purifier. We recently had new carpet put in and this got rid of the smell within minutes. The air smells so clean!

One of my favorite products I use. I use it every day. It does have a noise level that I like, It is dual mode for me, purifying and white noise. I really enjoy it, very easy to use. I do always use it on level y and really like the ability to set a timer for how long I want it running. My sleep quality is great with this air purifier and i have used others in the past that were not as good.

I've had a Medify MA-22 unit running in my main living area for several months now, and started wondering how I could know if it was actually filtering the air. So I used a hand-held particulate matter (PM) monitor to check it. I created my own indoor air "pollution" by lighting matches (combustion products include PM) and measured the PM concentrations near the MA-22 air intake point and air exhaust point. Separate from the measurement accurancy of the PM monitor (quite another matter) I obtained PM concentration readings (micrograms per cubic meter) in the double digits for both PM10 and PM2.5 near the MA-22 intake and readings close to zero near the MA-22 exhaust point. So it seems to be doing what it's supposed to be doing. Even though so-called "ultrafine" particles are embedded within PM2.5, I couldn't specifically evalute the MA-22 filter performance for such particles directly, as my hand-held monitor only measures PM10 and PM2.5 -- nothing smaller. If you decide to purchase an MA-22, be advised that: 1) the documentation is reasonable but could be better; 2) on initial setup you need to open up the bottom of the unit, remove the filter, and *remove the plastic wrap* -- this might not be so clear from the instructions; 3) with continuous operation (kind of the point), you should be prepared to by a new filter every few months -- at about $40 per filter. The unit isn't noisy while running at the lower fan speeds.

I absolutely love them. Setting 3 sounds like a fan on low which is not bad at all. They work wonderful I have one in my sunroom and one in my house and it does exactly what I need them to

Works well and cleans out smells

I bought this for a trip. While there are more portable units, I like that this had a separate power cord, so that I didn't have to worry about the orientation of power sockets and could place it where I wanted to. The unit arrived and seemed very easy to set up, so I used it at home for a bit, then took it on my trip to clear the air in my hotel rooms as an added safeguard. Well, it turns out that I should have read the directions. The unit comes with the filter encased in a plastic bag. Not only was I not getting any filtration, eventually (after it had run for several days continuously at my destination), it stopped working. I figure that many companies make good products, but it's more rare to find one with really good customer service. Every email that I've sent has received a prompt and helpful response. They helped me in diagnosing what the problem was, arranged for me to be able to unit my unit, and are shipping me a replacement. This was made more difficult since I could not return the unit until I got back home (where I had the original box for shipping). Throughout the entire experience, there were quite helpful and never once pointed out that they wrote up a set of instructions for a reason.
