Better then the old school cables
Works really well! Light weight. Easy to use. I love the storage bag it comes with. I’ll be getting another one for our other car & one for my mom just in case! 10/10

Small unit with lots of amperage.
Amazing power for such a small product. It will jump-start most batteries unless they are totally dead. Charge lasts for quite a long time so it's always ready to use.

Worth Buying
I have a Honda Fit. I hooked this to my battery and it started right up. What it didn’t tell me and I didn’t know but I found out from reading is once your car starts, you need to drive it around for 20 to 30 minutes to get the battery and the alternator charged up. I just want to say this was well worth the $79 I paid. I will keep this charged and keep it in my car just in case I ever need another charge. I would recommend this to anyone. If you are taking a trip at night, or even during the day, have it charged in your car. Can also charge your cell phone with it.

Best jumper ever
This thing is the BEST!!!, just connect red to red, back to black, hit the power on button and press/hold the yellow button till flashing then start that car!!, I charged it up fully first, already jumped my car twice and it's still fully charged for more jumps, I have 3 cars so sometimes the one way in the back of the driveway dies because I'm lazy to drive it often, but this jumper makes everything easier, I'm going to order more for my other cars for back up, no more asking strangers for a jump or waiting for family to come help, easy peasey 🙌

Fastest Jump Start Ever!
This thing started my Chevy HHR in a matter of 30 seconds! I was absolutely surprised how well this worked. All you have to do is connect the positive cable, then the negative cable, then turn the Noco on. Wait a little bit, start your car and boom you’re done! Make sure you turn the Noco off before you detach the cables from your battery.

Great unit but internal battery will not retain it's charge for very long
The product does work and works good. No issues jump starting a CAN AM Spyder F3 LTD. Very easy to use. The only reason giving it 4 starts vice 5 starts is that the unit's battery does not retain its charge. You almost need to charge the unit weekly or at least check the status. I left the unit unattended for two weeks (no use, no need) but it was almost drained. Compare that with my portable air compressor that retains its charge for weeks on end. If you can remember to check the battery status at least weekly, then it's a good buy. You just don't want to be caught off guard needing it either for yourself or another person in need, and the unit is dead because it's been a week since you last charged it.

Everyone needs this in their car!
I live alone on a lake in the middle of nowhere. Came out there day to a dead battery and ordered this guy! The NOCO Boost GB20 has been one of the most useful automotive gadgets I’ve added to my car kit. This little jump starter packs a surprising punch — it easily starts my 12V vehicles with engines up to 4.0L gas without hesitation. What I love most is how compact and portable it is; it fits in a glove box or backpack, so it’s always ready without taking up much space. Setup is super simple: just connect the clamps, and the LED indicator lets you know you’re good to go. The UltraSafe technology gives extra peace of mind because it’s spark‑proof and reverse‑polarity protected, so even if you clip the clamps wrong (we’ve all been there), it won’t hurt the battery or device. Beyond jump starting, the built‑in USB port doubles as a power bank for phones and gadgets — perfect for emergency charging on the go. Battery life stays strong between uses, and the GB20 recharges quickly so it’s ready when you need it. If you want a dependable, easy‑to‑use jump starter that’s more powerful and safer than a traditional roadside pack, this one is absolutely worth it! Absolutely a great value and gets your car going quickly!

Left my lights on? No problem now!
When I got my starter, I plugged it in to charge, just as if I were charging my cell phone or my e-reader. When the light showed solid green, I threw it in the car with its leads. (By the way: I notice that among those who were unable to charge the starter, all but one of those for whom the information was available were using the model that describes itself as a "Genius" Boost Starter. The GB20 I got did NOT describe itself as a genius.) Here's the beauty of it: you can attach it to your battery BEFORE you turn on the power, so there's no worry about sparks. Left your lights on? No problem. Didn't drive your Prius often enough during the pandemic? No problem. In either case, pop the hood, connect the leads, press the "on" button, get in the car and start it. Get out of the car, disconnect the leads and throw the starter in the trunk or back seat. Drop the hood and drive off. It's easier than having a second car to charge from parked right next to yours. The leads are color-coded, just like jumper cables, and you attach them just like jumper cables, so you don't have to learn anything new. When you press the "on" button, the starter runs a little diagnostic. It is worth reading the instructions. If your battery is terribly low, it might be worth allowing a little time for some electrical charge to run from the starter to the battery, but I've never had it happen to be that low. This accessory has been a must for me with my new Prius during the pandemic, especially during cold weather. I keep the charger near the back door, hooked up and charging. If my Prius doesn't start, no problem. I go back in, get the charger and start it up. In rainy weather, I throw the charger into the hatchback "just in case." I love the safety feature of not having the power on while I connect the cables. I love not having to carry jumper cables with me all the time. I love not having to ask fellow motorists to assist me with a jump. I love the fact that charging the starter is as easy as charging my cell phone. I love not having to wait for AAA to arrive when it's just the battery. (Yes I do keep my AAA membership, not every problem is solved with jumper cables.) I love not having to figure out how to keep a maintenance charger running safely. On the whole, I consider the money I spent on this to be very well spent indeed!

This is essential. I have a near new r1250gs Rallye. Unfortunately I was in heavy traffic down town. Stop and go, with lights on. I inadvertently had left it in 3rd gear when I stopped for traffic. So the bike stalled on startup, then I tried again, realized I was not in neutral. With full lights, and 3 stalls, the battery was unable to crank the motor a 4th time. I called a tow truck for a jump start. I happily paid the $80. To get started and get home. The tow truck used one of these NOCOs So I went home and ordered it. I disconnected my bike battery to test this. It worked perfectly and It appeared to have lost minimal charge . I leave it in one the bike's panniers. I also attach my bike to a smart charger now when not in use.
