What attachments are provided with this model?

The harness for leg exercise, the palates bar, hand bar with foot pads, 90 degree hand bars, hand bar with armrest, another set of hand bars. Six attachments in all so you really do not need to add anything else: it is quite complete.

The XLS has a platform and the 1900 does not, so how do you work your legs on the 1900?

Actually I have not found it to be much of a problem, however, just in case, I did purchase a platform for the 1900. Having both the platform and the bar allows me to do the Pilates workout and the other workouts.
