Excellent quality black seed oil capsules.
These black seed oil capsules are amazing! I’ve noticed a real boost in my overall energy and immune support since taking them. Best black seed oil I've taken. The capsules are a bit big. Definitely take with food to decrease the after taste. Really has helped blood pressure issues with family and we stay always take it during flu season! This earned 5 stars in our family

Good quality. I just have a swallowing problem; of all the supplements I take, this one requires a really big gulp of water or it'll get stuck going down. The next supplement swallow takes it down, but it happens every time. I will consider a different brand, unfortunately.

I think the lighter color might be due to the lessor density of ingredients or one major ingredient? One twice as dark as the other just so happens go dark and never go back!!!!

Lowered my A1c
I’ve been taking this product for 2.5 months and I just got my blood work results back. To be honest, without a proper diet I'm impressed. I went from a 6.7 A1c with an average Glucose rang of 146 to a 6.1 A1c with an average Glucose range of 128. I've been taking 1300mg of this product once a day.
