Lifepro Waver Mini Vibration Plate Exercise Machine with Resistance Bands

This vibrational plate is impressive. When I use this for only 10 minutes a day, my body feels as though I had a deep tissue massage. It vibrates out any residual tension from the day. I can feel my circulation becoming more alive. It feels sturdy and is perfect for home use. I will say that when turning it on or changing settings, the beep is pretty loud, which makes me not want to use it when other members of the house are sleeping. When I am not using it, I can store it under my bed. It is a little heavy to lift. This vibrational plate is a great addition to daily routines if you have any soreness or tension in your body.

Very impressed, I actually bought this to help with constipation and not exercise. It’s helped with that immensely! I exercise at moderate to high intensity 5x weekly and the board doesn’t feel like much exercise to me (I’m young & fit). I have IBS-C despite eating a fiber-rich diet and drinking plenty of water. I’m often “close to going” but unable to make it happen daily. Every time I’ve used the board for 10 mins on level 1-3, I’ve either had a BM right away or within 12 hours. I got the idea based on a video online. Somehow, the vibration does a lot more than just exercise. On a side note, I have a hyper mobility syndrome called Ehlers-Danlos and it is so important to read the safety section of the manual. I have cervical instability and I can tell the vibration rattles my head if I don’t lock in with strong, bent knees. However, I tolerate it well when used properly and even notice temporary improved blood flow like others have observed.

I absolutely love this plate! I’ve recommended it to my friends and family! I can’t even explain the difference it has made in my mobility. Also this has been amazing for my shoulder injury and my lower back pain.I also believe it has contributed to my weight loss, which is a plus. I feel this vibration plate has helped perform a 'miracle' inside of me! I'm about to be an octogenarian. I've been on a health plan that pushes at least 90 oz of water per day. This requirement, along with 'aging', had been challenging me to be sure to go 'tinkle' as soon as I felt any urge at all. These past few months I've had so many 'accidents' I'd begun to feel afraid of going out. But then I got my LifePro Vibration plate and after only 4 days' usage I noticed a very specific improvement......I was no longer having accidents. It helped my body do what was needed......move lymph out of the ducts and strengthen my body to a more youthful time. Hallelujah! I didn't even know that this condition could be helped by any other means than costly surgery; but, I feel like shouting it on the rooftops so that others might receive the same relaxing, exhilarating help that I've received from this wonderful machine.

In addition to the 5 star reviews for a product, I also pay special attention to the 1 star reviews. As I was researching vibration plates, the Lifepro Waver Mini didn't have anything bad other than the shipping experience. Fantastic! The next thing I pay attention to is the warranty. Lifepro offers a LIFETIME warranty. Fantastic! Finally, I research the price keeping in mind the old adage "you get what you pay for". Accordingly, this was not the cheapest board, but also, it wasn't relatively expensive, either. Ding ding ding - I purchased. Now, I've only had it for a few days, and this is my first board, but wow, I'm impressed. Seems like it's built like a tank. Works wonderfully (vibrates my hinny off ). But I can't form a solid opinion until I use it a few months. First impression is ... Fantastic! If, by slim chance, anything changes, I'll gladly post a follow-up. If you don't see that, assume this board is super worht your time and money. Later gator.

I really enjoy using my LifePro Waver mini vibration plate. I use it to help loosen up my muscles, especially my lower back, and boost my blood flow. It is a great way to get in some exercise when you may not feel like doing a heavy workout. I purchased it to help maintain my strength, flexibility and help boost my bone mass. It came with a remote control, resistance bands and yoga straps. A big plus! It is a little bit noisy compared to the non-mini version my friend purchased. I do recommend this product as an addition to your daily workouts.

From the quality of the vibration plate and accessories to the excellent user manual, I am stunned that I got this premium Lifepro Waver Mini at such a low price point! This is not my first vibration plate, but I learned more about how to use one just beyreading the thorough product materials that came with it. Add to this the bands and other accessories, a remote, and a series of preprogrammed workouts and I’m a fan for life!

This works fantastic! You feel it like crazy after 8-10 minute interval, great addition to morning routines. Keep it tucked under shelf in bathroom and when getting ready use it as I do, you really do feel it and it feels great afterwards like a pleasant little wake up call to your muscles. You can adjust your stance to target specific areas and anywhere you have excess subcutaneous fatty areas (for me my love handles and inner thighs) it almost feels like how you feel after coming inside from being out in the cold. Very temporality you feel right warm, itchy and red - almost like a thermogenic effect but your muscles feel awake and you can really tell it stimulates blood and lymphatic flow. Im very happy with this!

I actually think this vibration plate is absolutely fab. When I first received it in March, I used it consistently for about two weeks—I was probably a bit obsessed with it! The best way I can describe it is like a deep, internal massage. It genuinely felt as though it was “oiling” all my joints from the inside out. At the beginning, I did experience a bit of motion sickness and some discomfort in my stomach area. After those first couple of weeks, I’ll be honest—I just couldn’t be bothered using it for a while, which is silly really, because there’s nothing difficult or off-putting about it. Fast forward to recently: I had a couple of days of quite severe back pain, the kind that feels like something could go out of place at any moment. As soon as I felt it coming on, I knew instinctively the vibration plate would help. I’ve used it the past few days, and the difference has been incredible. My muscles, joints, ligaments—even my feet—feel worked and released. If you’re into reflexology, it’s amazing, as it feels like it stimulates your whole body through your feet. The back pain has completely eased, especially that “about to click out” feeling. It also seems to help rebalance the body—like if one side is tighter than the other, it gently evens things out. I haven’t been doing anything else apart from a bit of walking, so I can genuinely say this has made the difference. I did wonder at first if it might just be a short-term novelty, but I can now see it’s something I’ll keep coming back to—especially for ongoing issues like back pain, muscle tightness, chronic fatigue, and general imbalance. I may not use it consistently (that’s more about me than the product!), but even as an occasional tool, it’s fantastic.
