1 Flavor gets my vote and the other is a NO!
Highly recommend the Blueberry Keto Muffins for keto or paleo or just because! The taste is spectacular! It doesn’t carry that awful coconut taste in it or the lingering artificial no carb sugar!!! Go for it! Not sad to say I would never recommend the imitation cornbread to anyone. It’s disgusting and you may as well buy coconut flour and add butter or coconut oil and egg or flax seed meal because what they’re selling is highway robbery and the taste is awful!

A little disappointing.
I was excited to finally have blueberry muffins again (I used to get the frozen udi ones but can't find them anymore). I just had my first muffin from the batch. I followed the instructions exactly, but needed to add a couple minutes to the bake time. The nutrition facts say there should be nine muffins...it only made six (unless they were supposed to be bite sized). I noticed a bitter flavor, and no sweetness at all. IF I make these again I will add some sugar to the batter. But at $10 for six cupcake sized muffins, I am doubting another purchase. Disappointed. Will update if I try again, and will review the other products as I make them.

Adjust Added Ingredients to Taste
I’m glad these are sold as a 2 pack. By the one recipe of 2 eggs, 1/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons oil, the first pack was a 2 or 3 star as for me they crumbled easily and were too dry for my taste. The 2nd pack I made with 3 eggs, 1/4 cup water, 2 - 3 tablespoons olive oil & 2 tablespoons melted butter and for me became 5 star as with 3rd egg & oil + butter were moist and no longer crumbled or were dry and tasted great to my taste and I signed up for the Subscription and am looking forward to future deliveries. I think this sugar-free mix itself is excellent. I would say don’t give up after the first pack. If you like more moist, add a 3rd egg and oil + butter making the second pack. Or add some Splenda, cinnamon, vanilla, blueberries, etc. to taste. One pre-mix and recommended recipe won’t fit everyone’s taste. Adjust added ingredients to taste though and should be able to make it a 5 star for you too.

No directions for making it as a bread
Had to throw it out it tasted so bad and never really turned into anything resembling a blueberry muffin/bread. There are no directions for actually baking it as a bread so I used a normal bread pan and decided to bake it at 325 for 25 mins. At 25 mins it wasn’t nearly done (soupy wet on top) so I upped the temp to 350 and gave it 10 more minutes to finish cooking. This seemed to work but the texture and taste after it cooled were so off! It was still sorta too spongy yet dry (sounds weird but it’s true!) and the erythritol taste was so overwhelming I didn’t feel I could bring it to a picnic this weekend so I chucked the whole thing in the bin. Never again with this mix!

Middling good.
Things I liked about this: It has a good texture that is quite moist which is rare in keto foods. It has a good flavor with very little bitter aftertaste which can happen with some non-sugar sweeteners. Things I didn’t like: The blueberries are more like flecks than berries and there’s not a lot of blueberry flavor. It is -very- sweet, and I found it to be too much (possibly because I’ve cut back on my own sugar consumption, so this may be a “me” problem). It only made 9 small muffins which, for the price, I’d hoped for more. I may purchase it again but if I do, I’m going to add in real blueberries and maybe a bit of lemon zest to ease up on the sweetness.

First try
This was my first time trying this product, and trying almond flour. I was looking for a muffin mix that was lower in sodium, and this mix is significantly lower sodium than others. They were easy to if up. I used my muffin maker , and it made 9 muffins just like the package said. The muffins were pretty good, I’d purchase again.

Unpleasant texture
Hard to get past the mealy texture. Taste resembles blueberry muffin, but has an aftertaste. Easy to make, but would much rather eat a Quest protein bar.
