Been looking for some collagen that's easy to take and doesn't cause breakouts as someone who is acne-prone, and this product did the job! They also tasted nice which is an added bonus. Although I enjoyed these, I wouldn't be repurchasing only due to cost, but great if travelling.

I have been taking this liquid collagen for almost a month. I wanted a supplement to help with my thinning hair. I'm 48 years old and have always had thick hair until recently. So far, I cannot really tell if it is helping my hair, but I also need a trim so maybe the dead ends aren't helping, lol. I have always had strong fingernails except my left hand nails have never been as good as my right hand nails. I have definitely seen an improvement with my left hand nails! I like the flavor of this liquid. I do pour the pouch into a shot glass and take it that way. I have now subscribed to keep taking this collagen regularly.

I don’t visibly see or feel any improvement since taking this, but it’s only been one month. I am losing weight on zepbound and thought adding collagen to my high protein diet might help my skin to not sag as badly when I reach my goal weight. Fingers crossed!
