I'm the new owner of a 2016 Keystone Hideout camper. The previous owner had installed bubble levels on the camper, but after years of being on there I felt like they weren't completely level. I figured this would be a good addition to help solo leveling... throw the app on when pulling in, get an idea of side to side level, and then even out front to back. The hardest part was, after installing the unit, ensuring that the camper was ACTUALLY level when you hit the "set level" button. After that, level has felt like a breeze. Works as expected... looking forward to installing the USB power cord onto it (I got the LevelMate Pro + model) and then we should be set without having to look at battery replacements. I didn't compare to any other models... but this is quick and easy and works effortlessly from my Yukon.

This has been a wonderful addition to our camper van. It is much much easier and FASTER to find the best level spot in the campsite. It has the added benefit of reducing arguments between me and my spouse and we try to navigate around the campsite looking for the level-est spot. My only "complaint" is the holes on the side for mounting to a wall are to close to the body of the unit making mounting in tight spaces more difficult than it needs to be. Given mounting is done once this isn't a huge deal, but worth mentioning. Highly recommend

I had my doubts on this item, but it works very well, especially when you combine it with curved leveling blocks. I just set the leveling blocks on the correct side, then pull up on them until the Level Mate shows I’m good. Then set the parking brake and install the wheel chocks. The hitch height setting is also really handy so you know exactly what height you need when you go to hook back up. The pro version is worth the extra money in my opinion so you don’t have to mess with batteries. It automatically turns on and off when it senses movement. Easy install too. The app walks you right through it step by step. Good signal range as well. My 5th wheel is 40’ and the unit is mounted right over the axles, inside of course. I definitely recommend this item.

This product works great as long as you set it up properly! Back in to the campsite and I know exactly what side needs to have blocks under the tires! Saves me a lot of time and headaches!

1) I like the convenience of getting a general sense of a level spot when parking the RV. 2) It is very helpful in planning the blocks needed to get the level about right. 3) It is fairly accurate, however it is definitely never right on level. Give or take 0.5”. Good enough for leveling and feeling comfortable inside sleeping and things not rolling off counters. 4) Bubble levels are better overall for better accuracy if you need more accurate leveling. 5) Make sure you are as level as possible with bubble levels before installing and calibrating. If not, it will not be accurate. 6) Decent quality product. Make sure you set it to turn off after a time period or you will eat through batteries pretty quickly. 7) Overall it is pretty handy as a good gauge for leveling. It’s “good enough” for us 95% of the time.

Regardless of the style of levelers you choose to use, once this is set up correctly, leveling is a five minute process. We even used it to move inches forward and back to find the most level spot before attempting to level our rig. With the curved ramp and chock style levelers, and a little practice, we can be leveled and on the support jacks in under five minutes easily almost every time! The initial setup requires you to be level before you actually start. Never again, do I need my 4 foot carpenter's level; and I checked with it the first several times I used LevelMatePro+ never expecting it to be as good and as accurate as it is! The YouTube videos are on the money. I feel like I saved myself enough effort after the first real world campsite leveling gig to pay for this tool. I only wish I had had one for all of the hundreds of times I moved on and off leveling pads trying to get it right. Now, it is right the first time everytime! The added features of displaying on your smart phone even help you to choose a more level site before you commit and make re-connecting when moving day comes easier than ever before!

This device makes leveling your RV/Travel Trailer a breeze. Some reviewers complain that you must level your RV prior to being able to use this device, but you must start from a known level position to ensure the best leveling experience with this product. I bought this item, leveled my travel trailer, and then went camping. I had the app open while driving into the camping site to get the best location and was able to quickly level the travel trailer. When we returned home, once again I opened the app and could see the driver’s side needed to come up about 1 ½ inches. I quickly grabbed one of my Andersen leveling blocks and backed the travel trailer up on it until the app showed I was level side to side. Once the wheels were chocked, I dropped the tongue until the app showed I was level back to front. Just to verify these readings I grabbed my 4-foot level and checked side to side and front to back, and the travel trailer was spot on level. This device makes leveling your travel trailer a simple task. The more time you take to ensure your travel trailer is level when you initially set up your device the better this product will work for you. If you do not take the time to level your RV/Travel Trailer prior to using this, there is no way it will be accurate; that is not a shortcoming with the device. When you don’t take the time to do something right the first time you will have to make time to do it again. The app connects quickly to the device, and you can monitor readings in real time. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to go in and out of their RV/Travel Trailer multiple times to get it level. Additionally, the app can help you pick the most level spot on the site, which would be impossible to do just by eyeing the site. Do not hesitate to buy this product.

Was really easy to hook up works really good

I often set up my trailer alone, but even with someone helping me - this is amazing! I use this in combo with the curved leveling blocks. So much faster and easier than lugging and stacking wood. My only gripe would be with the app - if you turn off your phone screen or switch to another app it has to regain connection. It’s a minor annoyance. The app otherwise works great! And I have zero problems getting a connection from inside my truck.

I wanted to try one of these and when the price dropped i gave it a go. They are great, the app just tells you how much to raise each wheel, rather than faffing about with a spirit level. And if it’s close enough then you know not to bother.

I am new at the RV scene and one of my worries was getting the RV level. With this item I only needed to level my RV once and then install the LevelMatePro+. Once installed and connected to my phone the process of calibrating it was a breeze. With the use of a curved RV leveling kit I can have my RV leveled in just a few minutes. Not only that, but the app allows you to save your tongue height when you disconnect so that you know how high the tongue needs to be to clear you hitch when reconnecting.

I purchased this to make levelling the caravan easier. I can see from the car, how much I need to level as I reverse onto the pitch making life much easier.

This is a huge time saver when spotting and setting up the RV. You can see how level your trailer is right from your phone or watch without even getting out of your vehicle. No more running back, checking the level, moving the trailer, checking the level again etc.... Was simple to setup- Find a mounting spot, level the trailer, calibrate, done! Battery lasts pretty good. I got 2 seasons out of it and will change it for next season (inexpensive watch style battery)
