Missing important safety pieces
The clamps meant to hold the rope ends together are missing. The rope ends were melted to the rope but I was able to pull it apart easily--there is no way it would hold any weight. Most of the promised hardware was missing.Update: I am amending my 1-star review to 3-stars due to prompt customer service. Cateam responded to me a few days after my review. Since I had already purchased a new set of ropes and carabiners to make the trapeze usable I didn't want to return it. Instead of returning it for a replacement, they gave me a full refund. I was pleased with the outcome and hope everyone else gets a finished product the first time.

Inferior screws
The screws that come with this break. In putting this up, 2 of the screws broke and the others you can see appear to have the screw heads soddered into the screw body. Very inferior screws that I won't trust to hold up my kids. I'm going to the hardware store to get screws that won't break when screwing them in. Warning for everyone out there that you'll need to get your own screws.
