Good Steal For Price
Easy to assemble.I’ve tried assembling other benches before, and I think this one is on the easier side. There were no missing parts and the screws etc were all clearly labeled.Perfect DeliveryBox was in pristine condition. Individual parts were wrapped in plastic for protection and had no damage in transit.Easy storage.I love that this bench can be folded up and stand on its own. When I’m not using it I set it aside to save space.StableI’ve seen a couple other reviews that mentioned their bench being wobbly, but mine is nice and sturdy so far.

Great Value! Feels like a $200 bench, but was only $70.
I wanted a simple bench to do home workouts. I usually splurge a bit for quality goods that last, but I knew this would only last a few short months while we're all isolated with Covid-19. So I took a chance with this cheaper bench, that had angle adjustment and leg supports/decline for ab work.I wasn't expecting much, assuming it'd be a pain to assemble, there'd be parts missing, it would feel unsturdy, it would squeak, etc. But honestly, none of that was the case.It came in a nice compact box, with approximately 8-9 main parts and all the screws/washers nicely labelled in a step-by-step fashion so you only opened the screws you needed for the steps you were in the instructions. You need two adjustable wrenches, but the allen key is included. It basically consisted of lining of parts and screwing them in. As long as you tighten the screws, the whole thing feels rock solid... almost. There's just 1 part that feels a bit flimsy, which is the seat-back support which notches into the various holds causing the backrest to be angled. The way it's designed, it wiggles around a little. However once you notch it in, the weight of the seat back (and you) make sure it's seated firmly, so it's really not a big deal. The cushion doesn't feel luxurious (it's fake leather), but it's not especially cheap either.I expect this will last quite awhile considering my moderate usage. I think you get more for what you paid for, but again, it's $70, so don't expect the rock solid quality of a several hundred dollar bench.

Nice and compact
Nice and compact to keep in my office/work out room. Only complain would be the leg bar at the top, wish it was easer to remove as it's a little odd laying down for flat bench with heavy dumbbells.

Is great for people up to 5ft 10in probably. Use a ratchet when assembling and it will be rock solid
This product is a great value. I’m am an aircraft technician so I can give some insight on the assembly process. First, this is one of those cheap Chinese manufactured products, so the potential buyer needs to realize it won’t be of high, high quality. Given that, it is good enough. Given the price point of the competitors, it is great. To assemble you need to put all bolts in finger tight, then place the bench on a level surface. Tighten all the bolts to the point that the bench sits flat on the ground. Go back and re-tighten all the bolts. Don’t be scared to tighten them down pretty tight! Use a real ratchet or a wrench. The washers will bend a little and that’s fine. After that it will be rock solid. The “aircraft nuts” this bench comes with are nylon insert type locking nuts and should prevent loosening. I’m 5 foot 10. In the incline position my head barely hangs off the bench, but it is not too uncomfortable. The padded foam leg rollers are fast to remove. This is not a professional grade bench you’d see at the gym, but it’s worlds better than the flat bench I was using. I’d steer clear if you are any taller, unless you want to use it only for flat, decline and military press. The foam is very comfortable and the bench adjusts easy. It looks very nice. The pleather, stitching and logo are done very well. The glossy black paint looks good as well. I am pleased with the purchase and would buy again.

Sturdy Bench
The media could not be loaded. This bench is a quality bench. The bench is sturdy. I lift heavier weights and it doesn’t shake or seem unstable while I’m lifting. It was easy to put together and it is easy to adjust the bench. The bench is comfortable. It doesn’t hurt my back and doesn’t feel like I’m on a hard service. The bench is light and easy to move around. It is a nice staple to have in your gym.

Price is right but there are some tradeoffs
I would buy this again based on the price but...if you have extra funding here is what you wont' get out of this option.1. With only 3 incline settings you will not be able to get the exact angle you're looking for.2. The seat back will wiggle no matter how conscientious you are while assembling...it's just built cheap at certain joints.3. The leg cushions you use for situps may as well not even be there. They get in the way when you try to incline press and don't seem to be built for a normal sized man (i'm only 5'8 and it feels like i'm trying to use something designed for children). I have to manspread my legs to the sides in order to scoot down enough to incline press. The seat back isn't high enough for a GIANT 5'8" human. lol4. It is harder to build than you would think. It took me about an hour. You'll need a wrench and socket set or 2 separate socket sets because you have to turn the bolt and hold the nut at the same time.Positives: It stands up nice in the corner. You just push the feet up and it leans nicely against the wall when not in use.
