NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP HD Blush, Intuition, 0.16 Ounce (HDB21)

I just received my NYX Professional Makeup HD Blush, in Hamptons, and I tried it on right away. Suddenly I have a new favorite blush! The color looks very natural with my light complexion, and it is well-pigmented so I don't have to use a lot for the color to show. It's too soon to say exactly how long-lasting the blush is, but I've had it on for a few hours now and it still looks fresh. My skin is dry/normal, so that makes a difference, too. It may not last as long for someone with oily skin. All in all, I would recommend this product!

While my skin has always been fair, I recently colored my hair from a warm rose gold to light, blue-based green. Needless to say, the transformation was extreme. With my hair, eyes and skin all light and very cool-toned, makeup colors became trickier than ever! I looked up "bronzer for pale skin" and this blush in "taupe" came up as a highly recommended option. After weeks of use and stocking up on backups, I want to add my voice to the chorus singing its praises for those of us with ghostly complexions. It's a very natural tone that I imagine would completely disappear on many complexions, but for someone like me it is so light that I can apply it in a hurry and still not risk looking muddy or orange. No more tiptoeing with too-bronze bronzer and having to go back over and correct with pale powder!

Taupe is the best contour shade for pale skin! I am a cool "winter" pale that makes finding makeup hard. I often cannot wear the lightest shade of foundation because it's too orange/yellow on me. Everything else I've tried for contouring looks orange and silly on me. I was using a similar shade from a makeup store brand that that starts with an S and ends in ephora. That worked okay, but it wasn't easy to apply. This NYX color is more pigmented and it blends better. Plus I think it's cheaper! I'm going to buy a stash of these because I'll be devastated if they adjust the color or formula at all.

I have very fair skin and have heard many people talk about this as a good contour shade for pale people. It does work as it's a cooler tone, but it's very very pigmented so you have to know how to contour without it looking like your face is dirty. Definitely need a proper brush and a light hand to build it up instead of applying too much from the get go. I love it because it works and it's so cheap :)

I like the color but I use it as an eyeshadow contour shade. 3 stars because it’s difficult to open and therefore I dropped it and the powder shattered. I had to put it in another container.

This coral shade lights up my face. It is very saturated color, so the edges need blending. I find it long lasting, too. Compares to high-end makeup lines.

I struggle to find a good contour color with my pinkish skin. Everyone wants to go bronze. This works for me. I love this taupe brown color and it is my go to since taupe in the sweet cheeks line was discontinued. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

So this is a very nice eyeshadow and looks taupe in the compact, but once I apply it to my skin its far more orangey than I expected? Which is totally weird! But it's still okay. I haven't tried it on my face yet... we'll see. I plan to use it for contour but if it doesnt work out for that i'll just use it for eyeshadow. You need to provide better packaging though. I am extremely lucky it arrived intact and not crumbled. I would bubble wrap and then put in a small box or some such.

Questo blush in realtà è una polvere da contouring per le pelli chiare. La durata è buona e il tono per me è perfetto.
