Natural and very effective.
Oh, man these WORK. It feels like a treat to peel off the little paper and eat my little figgy bonbon. Then the next day, that old familiar gurgling starts, and at LAST! Fshoom! I feel so much better. These are, in my opinion, what drugstore laxatives wish they could be.

Natural Help for Irregularity.
Travel often causes me to become irregular which puts a damper on the enjoyment of time away. These were recommended by a French pharmacist when visiting there. Using it for years to avoid constipation
I've been using it for years. Anytime I'm constipated just eat one at night chew it well with plenty of water and the next day it easily comes out without causing diarrhea

Item arrived in bad condition. The box was not sealed and the cubes were all over the package, so the product is not useable. I wanted to request an exchange but the item is not returnable, so I wasted my money.
