Q: I connected this up (I have neutral wire too) but when power is on the whole led bar just flashes. I can’t pair or use the switch. Help!

Make sure the wi-fi is set to 2.4ghz as that's the only way you can connect to the switch. If the bar keeps flashing it means that the switch is faulty, I would suggest to ask for replacement

Q: does it work with Siri?

You use the Smart life app for this which you can then set it up via the ‘Smart’, or ‘tap-to-run’ function within to get it to work with Siri. I have it linked to my watch, which works really well, especially when I’m in the garden to control outside lights.

Q: I have sucessfuly installed and its all working, but when I turn off the lights they flash brightly for a fraction of a second, any ideas?

In the off position the led lights in the switch fade on and off like a light house in the room it's a good switch but for that .
