Does not clog up like others do.
This is great, it stays in powder form, I have bought so many that have turned solid with a month or so. I keep this on the lowest shelf in my food larder, so they are away from rising steam from cooking. We like to add a little shake in to our mashed potato instead of regular salt and add a lovely flavour. Super great value for such a huge tub. I recommend it.

VERY salty. Did not work in my intended recipe, but look below for details
I bought this to try to imitate pizza hut's garlic salt with parmesan but the salt was overpowering in the mix and I ended up having to skip it. I'm sure maybe a mix of garlic powder and garlic salt would've improved it though. Very large, good enough to sprinkle on things (although questionable how much you would want with the salt content)
