Bad experience after multiple good experiences.
I have ordered this product multiple times and every time the experience has been good. But this time I receive a defective piece. With the trust that it would be good like always I didn't check as well. But now when I am using it, in the very 1st use itself the wire is getting stuck. Unfortunately the replace window has also closed... It would be good if still they consider it and replace the order

The thread thay needs to be pulled gets structed inside and it becomes non operative until we remove the lid and rotate it with hand. I purchased it few months back and this has now become a repeated problem. Product is stylish and blades are good.

This is very similar to ones I have had over the years but this with extra blades is the bomb. It perfectly tosses food up and down and systematically gives a great chop. Very high quality. SHARP blades.
