Review: Best mini tart book on the market - Excellent book, what I like the most, is that it keeps it simple, without overly complicated recipes, it's concise and functional. It teaches the basics and then how to combine recipes. It has a progression aswell, it starts easy and then there are more difficult recipes at the end. It has good quality pictures, and the printing is spot on, the size of the book is very useful as well, not overly big, easy to keep near by to follow the recipes. Overall, one of the best baking books I've purchased so far. Review: Good Quality - Great addition to my cookbook collection

Clear and easy to ๐.
There are many great recipes here that I hadn't seen in other recipe books I have. The ideas for not just creating tarts but the fillings, toppings etc can be made for other creations. I totally love it, its a delightful book full of good things to bake with. โ

Good and tasty recipes
My wife and I have enjoyed making a variety of these recipes together. Took a little bit to get the pastry right and some of the recipes didn't quite go right first time but with a bit of effort the results have been excellent. Great idea for a recipe book.

Tart ring size hard to locate
Lovely little book - full of delicious looking tart recipes. Only one problem - the tarts are all made using 6cm tart rings. I have searched high and low for some reasonably priced ones and they are proving elusive. Maybe adjusting the recipes for 8cm rings would be helpful- those are easily found!

You don't have to buy ingredients that you'd only use once.
I had a flip through this book before gifting it to a friend - I was surprised to find that most of the required ingredients are easy to find in your local shop, if they aren't already in your cupboard. It was a relief, I'm always dissapointed whenever I buy a cookbook and then realise that most of the equipment and ingredients needed are out of my price range, or just a one off purchase that will sit in my cupboard collecting dust.

Very good little book
Only made a couple from the book so far but both been really nice. The pastry is easy to make and cook and the fillings seem to be the same. I would recommend this book for anyone who wants to makes little treats. Previous reviews spoke about difficulty getting 6cm tartlet rings but i had no issues getting some on amazon.
