OEM Cooking Switch 3149404, 811411

Replaced 3148951, worked as expected. Had to trim the post as suggested by seller. New life to our old Whiripool glass top stove.

So far so good, identical, and from the same country as original.

Easy to install although it was a different part number than the original, but with some research I matched it to the part I needed . I likely saved 100 dollars on the parts and no technician call to install them. Savings of $250.

This switch was nearly a perfect replacement for the OEM part in my stove. My electric burners were beginning to run away at times even on low or medium settings but this switch got me back to cooking normally! I would recommend taking a closer look at the knob of your stove to determine if this one is the correct fit. The switch adapts perfectly to the electrical plugs on my stove, but the knob from mine was round with one flat side,this one is round with a groove and retention tooth so I had to improvise that part. The switch had a solid feel and fit right in on the stove control panel as plug and play replacement!

Switch was easy to install, a direct replacement. Take a picture of the wiring before you remove the old switch.

Ordered this part to replace a stove that was not working correctly. Replaced this part in about 10 minutes time, from start to finish. I trimmed the knob so it did not stick out too far, easy with a dremell tool. Works like a charm.

We have an old kenmore stove in our cabin and we couldn't find a switch anywhere to replace a broken one in the stove. My husband looked at the diagram and determined that this one would work because the post could be cut down to size for our oven. We got the part and cut down the post and replaced the spring and it worked perfectly. Thankyou!

All their infinite switches in this model are defected and malfunction. They looked new but not working. I performed a continuity test and were failed. I ordered two at first and they both failed. I just received their replacement today and made a continuity test and both failed. WARNING: As consumers, be mindful that the company who's selling this product tends to use a ruse by turning the switch in on position so when you make a test, it will seem to be working. The catch is the switch has to be turned off to make a good continuity test. Overall, do not buy from this seller of this company.

Don’t waste your money, only worked for a few short weeks and sellers doesn’t want to deal with defectives. My bad for not installing it immediately upon receipt so now I can’t even return. Disappointing customer service for sure.
