I give it five stars as it is well packaged and the pills are easy to swallow!! Wether it's actually doing something for the cartlidge and tendons as that is the reason I bought it in the first place, I am not sure!I can't really say if it has had a positive effect or any effect for that matter I can't really say!!But as they say different strokes for different folks! It has done no harm.I will keep taking it till the jar is finished! I take 2 a day.

Meraviglioso prodotto per il benessere delle proprie articolazioni. Assumo MSM con vitamina C regolarmente e ho potuto vedere un grosso cambiamento nelle mie articolazioni e dolori. Integratore che consiglio a chiunque soffra di problemi legati alle ossa ma, anche infiammazione. MSM e vitamina C possono aiutare i propri denti, gengive e aiutare il corpo a stare meglio. Ovviamente ci sono tanti marchi ma, questo è uno davvero accessibile e che funziona. Quando si assume MSM consiglio di idratarsi di più per eliminare eventuali tossine nel corpo perché ha anche questo scopo. Un altro integratore per le ossa è bamboo tabashir, io utilizzo il marchio ancient purity che è di qualità e ricco di silice. La silice è un elemento fondamentale per le ossa e per la produzione naturale del collagene. Senza collagene purtroppo la qualità della pelle, ossa, denti e unghie sarebbe davvero problematica. La polvere l'ho trovata su amazon soltanto in una busta da 400 grammi che aggiungo in un bicchiere d'acqua con aceto di mele per avere come prodotto finale acido ortosilicico che è fondamentale. L'acido ortosilico è presente molto in quelle popolazioni longeve. Purtroppo con la qualità dell'acqua, aria e terra non abbiamo più questo prodotto. Per cui farselo a casa con polvere di bamboo e aceto di mele è un rimedio più che efficace....
