Good Quality
Quality is good. Obviously not an instant fix. Thought it was a good deal for the $$. I think you have to spend time online to understand the benefits.

I really like this except for the grip
I swung this 10 times the last time I was at the driving range. Afterwards, my clubs felt real light in my hands. Hit the ball well. My only complaint is the grip. It’s a little too small. So I took the grip off, only to find a very small white plastic pole underneath it. The black outer sheath doesn’t extend all the way to the end. I used two layers of foam first-aid tape to build it up. Then applied an old grip I had laying around. I like it a lot more now. I have a feeling most people would not be as picky as me. I also bought the shorter version of this trainer. If I had to do it over again, I would just buy the short one. No reason to spend more on a namebrand version of this. I was happy I found this at this price.

Great Training Aid!
I have been using the Orange Whip for a few years. I thought I would give this a try to compare the two. Much to my surprise, I believe this to be the better of the two. This really emulates a true golf swing with a driver or iron. If you are looking for something to help your golf swing, I would highly recommend.

Great tool to have in the bag
I don't spend money on a warm up bucket of balls before my rounds anymore. This swing aide is great for warning up. Just 10 easy swings back and forth and I'm ready to go. I'm sure it helps with temp and speed, but I just need it to warm up these old muscles. If I do go to the range to hit a few, I can use this as an alignment stick. I've had this for about a year and it was a great investment. It has saved me a lot of time and money.

Suprisingly Effective
No downsides that I have found, all positive. The 1st few swings seem too easy with this, however it is not long before the muscles begin to feel the strain. Great for warming up before practice or playing, and for use as a golf-muscle strengthening tool.

Goofy but effective
This thing is actually pretty good, and helpful. Its goofy looking but i mike it alot. My biggest swing problem is tempo and this thing forces you to swing in rhythm. Pretty good swing tool
