Yeah you’ll definitely just need to run the VESC tool wizards and go through the configuration which will setup the motor parameters and you can customize the battery cut-off voltages to whatever you need them to be. Hard to say what kind of torque/drive power you’d get out of a nominal 32V vs nominal 40V without knowing your motor specs though
