One of them I filled with juice, froze it & gave to a friend for his drink. As the frozen juice thaws, the juice flows out if the holes. To fill, pop the cap & totate an inner barrel that has dusl side holes as well as dual sided walls. Rotate so the walls to cover the holes then fill with your desired beverage or water. Wish I had these @ university!
