I new at using the sushi rolling mat. It's easy to use. The size it just right it fits right in my drawer in the kitchen. The quality of the roll is good for a first time users.

I'm not really sure what would even make a product like this better or worse than any other. It's a bamboo sushi rolling mat with chopsticks. These are kind of hard to mess up. Amazon asked if they're easy to clean, so I'll mention that here: I was taught by a sushi chef that the best way to use these is to wrap it in cling wrap, then cut slits on the back to let air out. This way the rice and ingredients don't actually touch the bamboo mat, just the cling wrap, so when you're done you just throw away the cling wrap and the bamboo mat is clean. If you do this, then yeah it's stupidly easy to clean. However if you don't know to do this, rice and other sushi ingredients can easily get stuck in the bamboo. That would probably be a lot harder to clean. I prefer to just use the cling wrap method since it's easy and safe, I know my mat isn't getting contaminated.

A very basic bamboo rolling mat set, it comes with a two nice pair of chopsticks. If you're wondering whether you should buy one to make sushi rolls/kimbap, yes, you absolutely should. They make the experience of rolling up sushi rolls significantly easier, and they're priced fairly reasonably. The build quality isn't amazing, but it's just some bamboo sticks and threads, so that is normal. Overall a good purchase.

We enjoy sushi once a week, sometimes more and really found these to be a god send. Sooooo much easier with these. Clean, neat, simple, and price was good.

Rolling sushi isn't that hard, but it's so much easier with a sushi mat. These mats were cheap and work great. I wrap it in cling wrap before use just to make clean up easy.
