My vitamin D kevels were a 12 and it's supposed to be 30-50 with a absolute minimum of 20. If your vitamin D is low, take this seriously because vitamin D affects more things than you know! Bones, mood, sleep, weight and immune system and overall well being. Don't believe the nay sayers about the taste! They are either being overly dramatic or else have the most sensitive taste buds ever. Whatever bitterness they are writing about is so mild....like a 1 out of 10. I could never take this if it were bad and I never even have a thought about the taste. One tip I can share is that vitamin D3 is fat soluble meaning it needs the help of a fat to help it be absorbed properly. I keep a bottle of olive oil in my medicine cabinet with a spoon and I pour the smallest amount, like half a teaspoon and take it right before I put the vitamin in my mouth to dissolve. This gives just enough oil to help be absorbed. By the way, I did a deep dive on olive oils and most of them are not pure olive oil so I use the brand called California which is pure. Anyway, I don't hesitate to buy this! It is excellent and has increased my vitamin d as well as elevating my mood and energy just like others have said! The mood increase was pretty wild to me because I didn't even originally know that vitamin D was going to help me with that. I used to feel more anxious, worried and stressed. I can genuinely say I feel an overall sense of "happy". It genuinely helps me feel like my best self. One last thing I really noticed is my immune system has strengthened. I work very closely with people and they are often sick and normally I would have caught something. Since I began taking this, I have not gotten sick and even once when I thought I might have caught a cold, it never progressed. It was like I started feeling some light symptoms for about 6 hours and then it faded away. That has never happened to me. Is this a wee bit pricer than others? Yes. Is it worth it? You BET!! I'd gladly spend a little more on something that I can tell the difference in.

Dissolves quickly under the tongue so you won't even notice adding it to your daily supplement routine. D3 increases absorption, K2 directs it to your bones and away from the dangerous places like your arteries.

Not sure if it works yet but I like the small pill size. I will have bloodwork done soon and will update if it increases my D level.

I'm also 60 and this supplement helps. I also give it to my teenage daughter who is T1D. She can sometimes get cranky when her blood sugar is out of range. I noticed when she takes this her mood is more upbeat. I'd have given it 5 stars but it's a little pricey. I guess you get what you pay for.

Because of health issues, I need my D levels checked several times a year. I have a hard time keeping my D levels where they need to be and I have used many different brands of D3 with K2 and I would barely raise my levels. This has been the only brand that works for me because it melts under the tongue to get into my system fast. Love it!
