Disappointed at first, then really liked it.
TIP: When you put in kernels in, put about 1 tbsp. Not a full measurement of the measuring cup provided. The less you put in to cook at a time, the less that end up unpoped. When I did my first popcorn popping with this, it didn't pop half the corn kernels. Then when I hand picked them all out and ran them through again, they damn near all popped. So I put new kernels in. The first time my mistake was filling the measuring cup all the way. The measuring cup that came with it that is. This time, I filled it about 1/4th. That time I was impressed. There were only 3 kernels that didn't pop. The machine works great. I've used it about 7 times. It heats up quickly, like a plug in space heater, and smells just like one too. While sounding like a hair dryer. And it is really fun to watch the popcorn spining. The kernels do pop violently, but that is their nature. Over all very satisfied. I'm happy I went with this newer version for $10 more, since they claimed the spinning helped pop more kernels. I have no way of knowing unless I buy the other and test them. Even if that isn't the case and out doesn't help, the spinning is fun to look at. I wanted a way to have a healthy snack without oils or butter, and this was it.

Saturday Nights, In!
Saturday nights are fun again! This popper allows for a quick popcorn treat. There is about 60% popped corn rate, but you can cycle the unpopped kernals back through the machine, so in the end an almost 100% pop rate can be had. No harmful chemicals, no oils, but easy to add butter, if desired.

Half the kernels don't pop and the other half fly out and end up in other rooms or on the floor.
I had to set up screens all around the popper because unpopped kernels AND popped ones go flying all around the room once it starts to work. Even with the popcorn shelter, kernels find ways of making their way onto the floor, into the garbage disposal, on the back of the counter under various permanent jars I have setting out. I hate this d _ _ _ thing. Instead of creating fun, it wreaks havoc. I arranged a filtering device with a basket-like strainer so that I could try to channel the popcorn in there and the unpopped kernels would automatically fall to the bottom of the container and then fall out since they're heavier than the popped ones and smaller so they fall through the cracks. I would say that based on the number of kernels I put into the thing, and the number that I collect that didn't pop, at least half the kernels don't pop. So I try to pop them again and then they pop because they only flew out because the kernels underneath got hotter than they did and they were in the way so when the kernels popped under them, both of them flew out of the gadget. I'm giving it away and getting something else. It's a joke. So much easier to just buy the kind that is sold in popcorn bags in the store. Except I'd rather do it myself and control what isn't and what is in them. This one is a rip-off.

It’s OK but reckless
This works, but throws popcorn all over the place. I would suggest getting a very large bowl and maybe something to funnel it into the bowl with.

Works well
This is incredibly easy to use. Just measure out some popcorn in the cup. Dump it in the machine and turn it on. In less than a minute, popcorn is on its way out. The only problem, which seems to be true of most of these machines, is that it does not neatly deposit the popped corn in a bowl. In fact, when I run it, I hold a large bowl up at an angle so that it gets most of the popcorn as it is FORCEFULLY ejected from the device. Invariably, some miss the bowl and end up on the counter. It has actually become a challenge to see how little I can get to miss the bowl. But, from the reviews I read, they all seem to do this. I have found that larger size kernels pop better than smaller ones and result in fewer unpopped ones. With this machine, I do not get many that are unpopped. There is hardly any cleanup, especially if you do not use the small cup to melt butter. Just a quick wipe after using should do it. I selected this model because it allows me to make a small quantity of popcorn. Many of the others I looked at made a minimum of 8 cups. That is a lot of popcorn if only one or two people are indulging. With this machine, I can make just one serving.

works okay
works ok, and pops quickly, but it is so short that it throws unpopped kernels out, they pop in the bowl and throw popcorn everywhere. It is very messy as the chute is also very short, so popped kernels tend to go all over. would recommend going with a full-size air popper.

This machine is small but mighty. Works well and makes great popcorn. Is not as loud as my old one but isn't very quiet either. Doesn’t burn popcorn and goes through the process quickly.

Buena idea poner recetas.
