Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix

We use this waffle mix 4-5 times a week. Such a great, sweet flavor. Great value for the money and really easy to make. We love the Krusteaz mix!

These waffles are so simple to make and come out yummy and crispy every time. It is difficult to find this brand of waffle mix locally, so it is a great option to buy in bulk and save on amazon! I definitely will have a good stock of mix for a couple of years since we don't make waffles more than once a month, but is very handy to have. I make fruit filled waffles and the mix is sweet enough to eat the waffles without any syrup, making for a healthier breakfast or midday snack. Will buy more when we ever run out, and I would definitely recommend this brand over others such as Bisquick.

I can always depend on Krusteaz for an easy, tasty mix. Belgium waffles have a delightful fluffy center and crispy outside. Very versatile as you can add sweet or savory ingredients to the standard mix for a variety of waffles. As I do with all Krusteaz mixes, I substitute melted butter for the oil for a much nicer flavor and texture.

My husband eats a waffle every morning and when we went to visit my son we shipped this mix to his house so we were sure that it would be the same mix we buy at our local supermarket. They eat pancakes on Sundays but after trying this waffle mix on the waffle maker they converted to waffles with melted butter and powdered sugar or syrup... yum.. this mix makes the best Belgian Waffles. We have tried several mixes but this is the best for our taste.

Well - can't really compare to any others, since it's my first waffle mix, so far I like it... no issues at all. It's easy to prepare and comes out consistently good with our Waring Pro waffle maker. This mix uses vegetable oil - but I found myself using melted butter instead. It seems to create a little bit crunchier surface, which we like more. It came with 4 boxes, which I thought it'd last for very long time - but we've been cooking 2 waffles per week, and we are now down to last box within few months. Even though I do like this mix, I'm thinking of trying out different one (golden malt) and see if I like that one better.

Love the taste. Will order again. Tastes like home made waffles.
