Never played it online to be honest didn't think ps can play with xbox

How hard would this be for an 8 year old ? Do you have to solve the challenges to progress ?

My 9 year old loves it, yes you need to solve puzzle type scenarios to progress through the game, such as put the correct shaped piece of pipe in the gap in the piping, or connect the correct colour cable to power the door, or light a piece of wood in the fire to melt the ice block covering the doorway, or find a box and place it on the pressure pad to lower the drawbridge, that sort of thing. It's all good fun and nothing violent or dark or anything, it is definitely better as a two player game (in mine and my son's opinions) though
