Easy to take and works!
Easy to take since it’s a chewable, has a mild flavor that tastes pretty good— kind of like orange sherbet, and I do feel it gives me a sense of calm and clarity throughout the day. It’s not sedating at all like meds can be, but just takes the edge off of my anxiety. I won’t go without them anymore.

Sleeping at last!
I was skeptical about taking these for sleep. But I have to say that I have been shocked about how rested I am and that I am actually able to fall asleep. I do take a dose of melatonin as well but these delicious tablets were the missing piece. They dissolve easily and I have seen zero side effects. So far I have been able to get myself off of a prescription sleep medication. I am a LONG time insomniac usually unable to fall asleep. I am happy to say that several weeks into these I am seeing improvements! Very happy I tried these and they are priceless to me for how much they have helped.

Like the energy
I found having 2 of these with coffee in the AM seems to give me a boost. I would take more but I think that is the recommended dose.

Have purchased at least twice! I like the taste and that I can easily grab one of these when I'm having one of those on-edge days. Might be placebo effect, but I do feel like they mellow me!

Effective
This works really well to calm your nerves and help you have restful sleep and quiet the chaos in your head . It did take a few days of using to really notice but I use it every night now. I take 2 personally.
